【摘要】：正量子時(shí)代,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者將面臨工業(yè)革命時(shí)代以來(lái)最大的一場(chǎng)歷史性思維變革,這需要從根本上建立一種全新的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力思維體系,以便創(chuàng)造性地適應(yīng)更快速的變化、環(huán)境的不確定性、去中心性等�；诖�,量子時(shí)代孕育了新型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思維——量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思維。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者可以通過(guò)明確量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思維原則,并不斷激發(fā)量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思維動(dòng)力來(lái)塑造量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思維,從而帶領(lǐng)組織進(jìn)入未來(lái)的量子時(shí)代。那么,量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思維的基本原則是什么?如何塑造量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思維?下面我們做淺顯的探討。
[Abstract]:In the normal quantum age, leaders will face the biggest historic change in thinking since the industrial revolution, which requires a fundamentally new leadership thinking system to adapt creatively to faster changes. The uncertainty of environment, the centrality, etc. Based on this, the quantum age gave birth to a new type of leadership thinking-quantum leadership thinking. Leaders can make clear the principle of quantum leadership thinking. And constantly stimulate the quantum leadership thinking power to shape the quantum leadership thinking, thus leading the organization into the future quantum era. So, what are the basic principles of quantum leadership thinking? How to shape Quantum leadership thinking? Below we do a superficial discussion.
