【摘要】:正領(lǐng)導與下屬的關(guān)系是管理的基本命題,也是決定管理績效的基本因素。正常情況下,按照領(lǐng)導與下屬的角色定位和職權(quán)劃分,領(lǐng)導無疑是處于引領(lǐng)與指導的主導地位,下屬自然是處于追隨與遵循的從屬地位。但在現(xiàn)實社會中,由于少數(shù)下屬別有用心而部分領(lǐng)導自控不嚴,下屬挾制領(lǐng)導的現(xiàn)象并不罕
[Abstract]:The relationship between positive leaders and subordinates is not only the basic proposition of management, but also the basic factor of management performance. Under normal circumstances, according to the role orientation and authority division between leaders and subordinates, leadership is undoubtedly in the leading and guiding position. Subordinates are naturally in the subordinate position of following and following. But in the real society, because a few subordinates have ulterior motives and some leaders have not strict self-control, the phenomenon of subordinates holding down leaders is not uncommon.
