資本流動視角下我國科技金融體系效益評價研究

【摘要】:科技與金融是生產(chǎn)力中最活躍的因素,是影響經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會進(jìn)步的核心要素,科技資源與金融資源的緊密結(jié)合能夠有效推動社會變革生產(chǎn)方式和生活方式。信息時代的今天,科技與金融更加緊密相關(guān),彼此影響更為全面和深遠(yuǎn)。一個國家的科技金融系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行是否有序、高效,直接關(guān)系其能否跟上時代發(fā)展步伐,能否走在發(fā)展的前列。 本文從資本流動這一新的視角來研究我國科技金融體系,從科技金融內(nèi)涵界定出發(fā),以系統(tǒng)的觀點(diǎn)看待科技金融體系,分析了科技金融體系的開放性、非平衡態(tài)、漲落和非線性動力學(xué)機(jī)制等特征,模擬了資本在這個體系中循環(huán)流動的過程,構(gòu)建了資本流動視角下我國科技金融體系的運(yùn)行機(jī)制,定義了資本流動視角下科技金融體系的效益的含義。同時綜合運(yùn)用熵權(quán)法和AHP,對我國科技金融體系2006年至2012年的金融資本投入和資本技術(shù)化相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,得出了衡量科技金融體系運(yùn)行效益的資本效益指數(shù),對科技金融體系六年間的運(yùn)行效益進(jìn)行了評價。最后,本文將資本流動視角下科技金融體系的耗散結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、運(yùn)行機(jī)制和效益評價結(jié)果相結(jié)合,為促進(jìn)我國科技金融體系有序運(yùn)行、提高效益提出了全面系統(tǒng)的政策建議。本文在整體的分析和論述上做到了理論與實(shí)際的統(tǒng)一、定性與定量的統(tǒng)一,對促進(jìn)我國科技金融體系的有序運(yùn)行和效益提升具有一定的參考價值和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Science and technology and finance are the most active factors in productive forces and the core factors affecting economic development and social progress. The close combination of scientific and technological resources and financial resources can effectively promote the mode of production and lifestyle of social change. In the information age, science and technology and finance are more closely related, and each other's influence is more comprehensive and far-reaching. The orderly and efficient operation of a country's science and technology financial system is directly related to whether it can keep up with the pace of development of the times and whether it can walk in the forefront of development. This paper studies the scientific and technological financial system of our country from the new perspective of capital flow, from the definition of the connotation of scientific and technological finance, looks at the scientific and technological financial system from a systematic point of view, and analyzes the openness and imbalance of the scientific and technological financial system. The characteristics of fluctuation and nonlinear dynamic mechanism simulate the process of capital circulation in this system, and construct the operation mechanism of China's science and technology financial system from the perspective of capital flow. The meaning of the benefit of science and technology financial system from the perspective of capital flow is defined. At the same time, entropy weight method and AHP, are used to analyze the financial capital investment and capital technicalization data of China's science and technology financial system from 2006 to 2012, and the capital benefit index to measure the operation benefit of science and technology financial system is obtained. The operation benefit of science and technology financial system in the past six years is evaluated. Finally, this paper combines the dissipative structure characteristics, operating mechanism and benefit evaluation results of the science and technology financial system from the perspective of capital flow, and puts forward a comprehensive and systematic policy suggestion for promoting the orderly operation of the science and technology financial system in our country and improving the efficiency. In this paper, the unity of theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative, has been achieved in the overall analysis and discussion, which has certain reference value and reference significance to promote the orderly operation and benefit promotion of science and technology financial system in our country.
