【摘要】：本文對我國及世界圖書館作為專利權(quán)人所申請的專利進(jìn)行了分析和對比。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)由于行業(yè)特點,各圖書館專利申請量不高,但近年來專利申請量有所提升,我國在國際圖書館專利申請中排名靠前,說明我國圖書館人對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)意識的加強(qiáng)。另一方面,近年來我國申請專利多集中在數(shù)字圖書館領(lǐng)域,并多與企業(yè)合作申請,世界圖書館申請專利也有類似趨勢。由此提出了我國圖書館在專利申請領(lǐng)域應(yīng)注意的問題和發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes and compares the patents applied by libraries in China and the world as patentees. The research finds that due to the characteristics of the industry, the number of patent applications in libraries is not high, but the number of patent applications has increased in recent years. China ranks first in international library patent applications, indicating the strengthening of librarians' awareness of the protection of intellectual property rights in China. On the other hand, in recent years, patent applications in China are concentrated in the field of digital libraries, and more cooperative applications with enterprises, the world library patent application has a similar trend. This paper puts forward the problems and development directions of Chinese libraries in the field of patent application.
