【摘要】：針對(duì)區(qū)域科技資源共享平臺(tái)發(fā)展與管理的實(shí)際需要,對(duì)平臺(tái)服務(wù)績(jī)效的形成機(jī)制和影響因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,從資源整合、運(yùn)行管理和服務(wù)成效三方面構(gòu)建平臺(tái)服務(wù)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并給出評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)內(nèi)涵,旨在為區(qū)域科技資源共享平臺(tái)服務(wù)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)和理論支持。
[Abstract]:In view of the actual needs of the development and management of the regional sci-tech resource sharing platform, the forming mechanism and influencing factors of the platform's service performance are systematically analyzed, and the integration of the resources is carried out. In order to provide scientific basis and theoretical support for service performance evaluation of regional scientific and technological resource sharing platform, this paper constructs platform service performance evaluation index system and gives the connotation of evaluation index in three aspects of operation management and service effectiveness.
