【摘要】：科學(xué)研究是以誠實(shí)守信為基礎(chǔ)的事業(yè),誠信是科研工作者在科研活動(dòng)中所應(yīng)遵循的基本行為準(zhǔn)則�？蒲姓\信的實(shí)現(xiàn),關(guān)系到科學(xué)事業(yè)存在與發(fā)展的根基,關(guān)系到科研活動(dòng)能否獲得社會(huì)各界的認(rèn)同與支持,也關(guān)系到以科學(xué)為支撐的綜合國(guó)力的提高。本文從當(dāng)代各國(guó)科研發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā),以科技哲學(xué)、科學(xué)社會(huì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、法學(xué)、倫理學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究成果為理論基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、系統(tǒng)分析方法、歷史與邏輯相統(tǒng)一的方法,對(duì)科研誠信的基本理論問題和實(shí)踐問題進(jìn)行了深入而系統(tǒng)的研究。文章探討了科研誠信的基本內(nèi)涵和邏輯基礎(chǔ);闡述了科研誠信問題的表現(xiàn)類型,分析了科研誠信問題產(chǎn)生的原因;提出了科研誠信的實(shí)現(xiàn)原則和實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制;針對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)科研誠信建設(shè)中存在的主要問題,提出了具體的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
[Abstract]:Scientific research is based on honesty and trustworthiness, which is the basic code of conduct for scientific research workers. The realization of scientific research credit is related to the foundation of the existence and development of scientific cause, to whether scientific research activities can be recognized and supported by all walks of life, and to the improvement of comprehensive national strength supported by science. Starting from the reality of the development of scientific research in various countries, based on the relevant research achievements in the fields of philosophy of science and technology, sociology of science, management, law, ethics and so on, this paper applies the method of literature analysis and systematic analysis. By the method of unifying history and logic, this paper makes a deep and systematic study on the basic theoretical and practical problems of scientific research honesty. This paper discusses the basic connotation and logical basis of scientific research honesty, expounds the expression types of scientific research honesty problems, analyzes the causes of scientific research honesty problems, and puts forward the realization principle and mechanism of scientific research honesty and credit. In view of the main problems existing in the construction of scientific research credit in contemporary China, concrete countermeasures are put forward.
