【摘要】：科技中介服務(wù)體系是影響科技創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)鍵因素。新常態(tài)下我國(guó)科技中介服務(wù)體系建設(shè)主要存在發(fā)展極不均衡、孵化機(jī)制不完善、人才機(jī)制不健全和科技資金政策不到位的問(wèn)題。只有借鑒和參考發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家發(fā)展科技中介服務(wù)體系的經(jīng)驗(yàn),完善科技中介法律法規(guī)、加強(qiáng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作機(jī)制、扶植技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展,并將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作貫穿于其中,才能促進(jìn)我國(guó)科技中介服務(wù)體系更好地建設(shè)和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Science and technology intermediary service system is the key factor that affects the ability of science and technology innovation. Under the new normal condition, there are some problems in the construction of science and technology intermediary service system in China, such as extremely unbalanced development, imperfect incubating mechanism, imperfect talent mechanism and imperfect science and technology fund policy. Only by learning from and referring to the experience of developed countries in developing science and technology intermediary service system, perfecting the laws and regulations of science and technology intermediary, strengthening the operation mechanism of standardized market, fostering the development of specialized organization of technology transformation, and running through the standardization work among them, Can promote our country science and technology intermediary service system to construct and develop better.
