【摘要】：近年來,隨著企業(yè)、政府和科研機構合作的增長。一些學者逐漸意識到學術界知識管理的重要性。學院和大學有大量的機會來運用知識管理來支持他們的各項任務。知識管理在對組織內(nèi)外知識和信息技術進行管理的同時,也需要對組織進行知識管理,如對組織結構、人力資源、組織文化等方面進行知識管理,才能實現(xiàn)既定的知識管理目標。 知識管理是多方位的,組織如何將多方面的知識管理結合起來就需要建立知識管理系統(tǒng)。相應地,有效的知識管理系統(tǒng)不僅僅涉及到知識和相關的技術,而且還包含有寬泛的文化和組織方面的問題。在實驗室管理方面,如果要證明知識管理系統(tǒng)有實際的應用前景,就必須分析模塊的選擇設置,就要對潛在使用人員的IT技能,實驗室進行知識管理的環(huán)境,還有分析學生對研究和生活的自我評價和其對采用知識管理的態(tài)度進行調研,發(fā)現(xiàn)認識實際情況,才能更好的采取解決問題的對策。 通過設計調查問卷,分析研究生對知識管理系統(tǒng)的潛在需求和實際需要,發(fā)現(xiàn)知識管理系統(tǒng)能從哪些方面提升效率。以理工科實驗室為對象,研究如何利用知識管理方法為實驗室的知識創(chuàng)造等過程提供有效的支持,提高效率及依據(jù)。為理工科實驗室的知識管理系統(tǒng)的模塊設置提供依據(jù)并分析該系統(tǒng)能為加速知識創(chuàng)新提供的預期價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the growth of cooperation between enterprises, governments and scientific research institutions. Some scholars have come to realize the importance of knowledge management in academic circles. Colleges and universities have plenty of opportunities to use knowledge management to support their tasks. Knowledge management not only manages the knowledge and information technology inside and outside the organization, but also needs to manage the knowledge of the organization, such as organizational structure, human resources, organizational culture and so on. In order to achieve the established knowledge management goals. Knowledge management is multi-directional. How to combine knowledge management with knowledge management requires the establishment of knowledge management system. Accordingly, an effective knowledge management system involves not only knowledge and related technologies, but also a wide range of cultural and organizational issues. In the field of laboratory management, if we want to prove that the knowledge management system has practical application prospects, we must analyze the selection and setting of the modules, and we must carry out knowledge management environment for the potential users'IT skills and laboratories. The author also analyzes the students' self-evaluation of research and life and their attitude towards knowledge management, finds out the actual situation, and can better take countermeasures to solve the problem. By designing a questionnaire, this paper analyzes the potential and practical needs of graduate students for knowledge management system, and finds out how to improve the efficiency of knowledge management system. Taking the science and engineering laboratory as the object, this paper studies how to use the knowledge management method to provide effective support for the process of knowledge creation in the laboratory, and to improve the efficiency and basis. It provides the basis for the module setting of the knowledge management system in the science and engineering laboratory and analyzes the expected value that the system can provide for accelerating the knowledge innovation.
