【摘要】：省際區(qū)域公共科技服務(wù)平臺(tái)是我國公共科技服務(wù)平臺(tái)體系的空白,也是從國家層面推進(jìn)公共科技服務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的重要著力點(diǎn),其布局問題將直接影響我國省際公共科技資源配置的合理性和服務(wù)的有效性。文章運(yùn)用因子分析,對我國遴選的七大產(chǎn)業(yè)的省際公共科技服務(wù)平臺(tái)布局進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):"創(chuàng)新資源供給水平"和"創(chuàng)新資源需求強(qiáng)度"是影響省際區(qū)域公共科技服務(wù)平臺(tái)布局的關(guān)鍵因子,尤其是"創(chuàng)新資源需求強(qiáng)度"是平臺(tái)布局中應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)的環(huán)節(jié);省際區(qū)域平臺(tái)布局存在較大的產(chǎn)業(yè)差異性,應(yīng)在不同省際區(qū)域布局不同種類的公共科技服務(wù)平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:The provincial regional public science and technology service platform is the blank of the public science and technology service platform system in our country, and is also the important point to promote the public science and technology service platform construction from the national level. The layout problem will directly affect the rationality of the allocation of provincial public scientific and technological resources and the effectiveness of service. By using factor analysis, this paper makes an empirical study on the layout of the provincial public science and technology service platform for the selected seven industries in China. It is found that "the level of supply of innovative resources" and "intensity of demand for innovative resources" are the key factors affecting the layout of public sci-tech service platforms in the inter-provincial regions, especially the "intensity of demand for innovative resources" is the link that should be strengthened in the layout of the platform; There are great industrial differences in the layout of regional platforms between provinces, so different kinds of public scientific and technological service platforms should be arranged in different provinces.
