【摘要】：正在當(dāng)今科技高速發(fā)展、知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷崛起的時(shí)代,科技創(chuàng)新成為世界各國(guó)熱切關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問題,也成為提高國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵因素。為此,世界各國(guó)都制定了科技創(chuàng)新政策,以使科研投入可以確切地使用在重點(diǎn)研究領(lǐng)域,并促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。在這樣的背景之下,各國(guó)的科技創(chuàng)新政策雖各有側(cè)重,但通常涵蓋了研究重點(diǎn)方向、科研設(shè)施建設(shè)、科研環(huán)境培養(yǎng)等方面。本文概覽國(guó)外發(fā)布的科技創(chuàng)新政策,旨在了解全球科技創(chuàng)新的總體趨勢(shì),結(jié)借鑒國(guó)外科技
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology and the rising of knowledge economy, scientific and technological innovation has become a key issue that countries all over the world pay close attention to, as well as a key factor to improve national competitiveness. Therefore, all countries in the world have formulated scientific and technological innovation policies, so that scientific research investment can be used in key research areas and promote the sustainable development of economy. Under this background, the scientific and technological innovation policies of various countries have their own emphases, but they usually cover the key research direction, the construction of scientific research facilities, the cultivation of scientific research environment and so on. This paper gives an overview of the science and technology innovation policies issued by foreign countries, in order to understand the overall trend of global science and technology innovation, and draw lessons from foreign science and technology.
