【摘要】：柯林斯和埃文斯的"科學(xué)的社會研究的第三波理論"發(fā)表后,引起了賈撒諾夫和溫尼關(guān)于科學(xué)民主化問題的激烈反響,科學(xué)技術(shù)論(STS)研究陷入了關(guān)于科學(xué)決策的公眾參與限度的爭論當中。爭論雙方著重關(guān)注于科學(xué)本身,未充分認識到民主的地方性,尤其是不同民主理念背后的哲學(xué)基礎(chǔ),在民主化方面過于草率地沿襲了現(xiàn)成的民主理念。因此,爭論的本質(zhì)是民主化的理由是什么以及何種民主理念適用于科學(xué)的民主化。對這場爭論的民主理念和價值承諾的還原,將促進對科學(xué)民主化理論基礎(chǔ)的理解。
[Abstract]:The publication of Collins and Evans'"the third Wave Theory of Scientific Social Research" has aroused a heated response from Jassanov and Winnie on the democratization of science.STS (Science and Technology Theory) Research has fallen into a debate about the limits of public participation in scientific decision-making.Both sides pay more attention to the science itself, fail to fully realize the local democracy, especially the philosophical foundation behind different democratic ideas, and blindly follow the ready-made democratic ideas in the aspect of democratization.The essence of the debate, therefore, is what the rationale for democratization is and what democratic ideas apply to the democratization of science.The restoration of the democratic concept and value commitment of this controversy will promote the understanding of the theoretical basis of scientific democratization.
