【摘要】：1987年,美國國家科學(xué)基金會(NSF)資助建立科學(xué)技術(shù)中心(STC),旨在促進(jìn)科研領(lǐng)域前沿基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究、培養(yǎng)大批創(chuàng)新性人才以及實現(xiàn)多方知識轉(zhuǎn)移,以更好地鞏固其在國際上的科學(xué)技術(shù)研究領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),美國科學(xué)技術(shù)中心在運(yùn)作模式上具有組織管理"集中—分散"、研究與教育緊密結(jié)合、知識轉(zhuǎn)移有效、動態(tài)監(jiān)測評估等多重優(yōu)點(diǎn)。我國在建設(shè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心時,應(yīng)充分借鑒其優(yōu)點(diǎn),不斷提高我國高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力與質(zhì)量,為早日從人力資源大國向人力資本強(qiáng)國轉(zhuǎn)變創(chuàng)造有利條件。
[Abstract]:In 1987, the National Science Foundation (NSF) funded the establishment of the Science and Technology Center (STCU), which aims to promote cutting-edge basic scientific research in the field of scientific research, train a large number of innovative talents and achieve knowledge transfer.In order to better consolidate its international scientific and technological research leadership.It is found that the American Science and Technology Center has many advantages, such as centralized management, close combination of research and education, effective knowledge transfer, dynamic monitoring and evaluation, and so on.In constructing the cooperative innovation center, we should learn from its advantages, improve the ability and quality of cooperative innovation in colleges and universities, and create favorable conditions for the transformation from a large country of human resources to a powerful country of human capital at an early date.
