【摘要】：2015年5月16日,全國首批92家科技館免費向社會公眾開放。根據(jù)全國科技館免費開放運行情況調(diào)查結(jié)果,分析了92家科技館免費開放的基本情況,包括觀眾數(shù)量、展品完好率、運行保障、工作人員等方面。目前,我國科技館行業(yè)正在步入免費開放時代,對科技館事業(yè)發(fā)展帶來前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),包括運營經(jīng)費不足、專業(yè)人才短缺、服務(wù)管理模式亟需調(diào)整、公眾吸引力有待加強等�；谝陨暇C合分析,從建立多元經(jīng)費籌措機制、加強展教資源研發(fā)與創(chuàng)新、樹立以人為本的公共服務(wù)理念、加強專兼職人才隊伍建設(shè)等方面提出免費開放下科技館發(fā)展策略建議。
[Abstract]:In May 16, 2015, the first batch of 92 National Science and Technology Museum open to the public free of charge. According to the national science and Technology Museum is open free operation of the survey results, analysis of the basic situation of 92 science and Technology Museum open free of charge, including the number of viewers, security staff, exhibits good rates, and so on. At present, China's science and technology industry is entering the museum is open free the times, bring challenges to the hitherto unknown Museum of science and technology development, including the lack of operating funds, the shortage of professional talents, service management model needs to be adjusted, the public appeal needs to be strengthened. Based on the above comprehensive analysis, from the establishment of multiple mechanisms to raise funds, strengthen the exhibition and education research and innovation resources, establish people-oriented concept of public service, the free and open development under the strategy of science and Technology Museum suggested strengthening part-time personnel construction.
