【摘要】：專利制度存在已有近500年的歷史,但是真正對專利有系統(tǒng)的研究是從上個(gè)世紀(jì)60年代以來發(fā)表的一系列文章。主要集中在以專利申請數(shù)量直接作為科技進(jìn)步的表現(xiàn)形式,應(yīng)用到經(jīng)濟(jì)增長模型中以進(jìn)行量化分析。如何在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新的框架內(nèi)對專利申請活動(dòng)進(jìn)行研究一直受到國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注,但是對專利申請實(shí)施影響因素的研究并沒有引起足夠的重視。因此,文章選擇專利實(shí)施的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素作為研究對象,在理論上和實(shí)踐上都具有重要的意義。 本文系統(tǒng)地介紹了和專利實(shí)施的相關(guān)理論、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及本文對以上兩概念的界定,在對工業(yè)化背景下專利實(shí)施的過程、專利實(shí)施系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成以及系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制的分析基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了工業(yè)化背景下專利實(shí)施影響因素體系,提出了用主成分分析法對沈陽市大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)專利實(shí)施影響因素進(jìn)行定量研究,通過實(shí)證分析找出了沈陽市工業(yè)化背景下專利實(shí)施的主要影響因素,并且有針對性地提出相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The patent system has been nearly 500 years of history, but the study of real system of patent is a series of articles published in the last century since 60s. Mainly concentrated in the number of applications as a form of expression of the progress of science and technology in the patent application to economic growth model for quantitative analysis in the framework of regional innovation. In the activities of patent application research has attracted wide attention of scholars at home and abroad, but the study on the influencing factors and did not cause enough attention to patent application. Therefore, the choice of the patent of the driving factors as the research object, which is of great significance in theory and practice.
This paper introduces the related theory and the implementation of the patent, and the status of domestic and foreign research on more than two of the definition of the concept, in the process of industrialization under the background of the implementation of the patent, analyzing the operation mechanism of patent system structure and system, the implementation of construction industry under the background of the patent system of influence factors, put forward the principal component analysis of Shenyang City, large and medium sized industrial enterprises patent the influencing factors of the implementation of quantitative study, through empirical analysis to find out the main influencing factors of Shenyang city under the background of industrialization of patent implementation, and puts forward some policy suggestions.
