【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì)科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展越來(lái)越快，技術(shù)難度不斷增加，技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)所需要的知識(shí)和技能的要求越來(lái)越高，同時(shí)，資源和企業(yè)本身更依賴(lài)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，體現(xiàn)為不同領(lǐng)域知識(shí)的結(jié)合。大學(xué)、企業(yè)以及科研院所在合作技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中的地位不同，各自擁有的資源不同，可以利用優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)，合理利用彼此間的資源來(lái)進(jìn)行密切合作，，來(lái)突破自身?xiàng)l件的局限性，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。當(dāng)今世界的發(fā)展對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新提出了新要求，產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作順應(yīng)了這個(gè)新環(huán)境的要求，從而成為一種有效實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新目標(biāo)的手段。從全世界各個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展來(lái)看，產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新的作用越來(lái)越重要，能很好地在提升國(guó)家創(chuàng)新能力和促進(jìn)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。自我國(guó)開(kāi)展產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作以來(lái)，雖然也取得了不錯(cuò)的成效，但整體效果并不算太好。 本文在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，歸納總結(jié)了已有產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作都有哪些方面的研究，然后總結(jié)了產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)理論，分析西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式及成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在與國(guó)外產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作對(duì)比的基礎(chǔ)上提出我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研存在的問(wèn)題，我國(guó)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新成效不是很好，機(jī)會(huì)主義的存在是導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作研發(fā)難以深入開(kāi)展的一個(gè)重要原因。通過(guò)演化博弈分析，探討了產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作中雙方的行為特征，然后舉例驗(yàn)證模型分析的結(jié)果。最后，從不同層面提出機(jī)會(huì)主義的防范和治理機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In today's society, science and technology are developing more and more rapidly, and technological difficulties are increasing. Technological innovation requires more and more knowledge and skills. At the same time, resources and enterprises themselves are more dependent on technological innovation. The combination of knowledge in different fields. Universities, enterprises and scientific research institutes have different positions in cooperative technological innovation. They each have different resources. They can make use of their advantages to complement each other and rationally use their resources to carry out close cooperation. The development of today's world has put forward new requirements for technological innovation, and industry-university-research cooperation has complied with the requirements of this new environment. From the point of view of the economic development of various countries around the world, the role of industry-university-research cooperative innovation is becoming more and more important. It can promote the national innovation ability and promote the national economic development. Since our country launched the cooperation of industry, education and research, although it has achieved good results, the overall effect is not too good. On the basis of literature research, this paper summarizes the existing research on the cooperation of industry, education and research, and then summarizes the relevant theories of the cooperation and innovation of industry, education and research, and analyzes the models and successful experiences of the industrial, academic and research cooperation in the western developed countries. On the basis of the comparison with the cooperation between industry, university and research abroad, this paper points out the problems existing in our country's industry, education and research. The innovation effect of our country's industry, education and research cooperation is not very good. The existence of opportunism is one of the important reasons that it is difficult to carry out the research and development of industry-university-research cooperation. Through the evolutionary game analysis, the behavior characteristics of both sides in the cooperation are discussed, and the results of the model analysis are verified by examples. This paper puts forward the prevention and governance mechanism of opportunism from different levels.
