【摘要】：隨著科技的迅猛發(fā)展，面對國際競爭日漸激烈的巨大挑戰(zhàn)，在政府主導下企業(yè)、高�；蚩蒲袡C構聯合，采用產學研合作的方式進行科技成果轉化,已成為提高競爭力的主要途徑，被列入國家重要戰(zhàn)略計劃。隨著各參與主體及社會需求的不斷變化，產學研合作模式只有逐漸豐富和優(yōu)化才能滿足社會需求。如何在已有的合作模式中進一步優(yōu)化和創(chuàng)新，是當前學術界的主要研究方向。 本文結合產學研合作在經濟競爭中的主要作用，整理相關研究文獻對當前產學研合作的研究進行梳理，總結出當前國內對產學研合作的研究視角與研究領域主要是根據不同研究者的專業(yè)角度對產學研合作的模式、動力機制、政府作用、利益分配以及各主體之間的關系展開的，具有一定的局限性和片面性。本文在對美國、德國、日本三個主要發(fā)達國家及我國的產學研合作模式進行整理分析的基礎上，挖掘產學研合作中政府、企業(yè)、高校因信息缺乏而產生的潛在問題，提出了政策、市場、科研、人才等方面的信息對產學研合作起到的重要作用，結合當今信息時代物聯網的發(fā)展趨勢，闡述了物聯網的概念、相關技術及其應用范圍。針對產學研合作中潛在問題，從產學研合作的整體性及合作緊密性出發(fā)，提出運用物聯網技術構建信息平臺來獲取合作中各方需要的有效信息，搭建現代化信息溝通的橋梁，，實現產學研合作中各個主體之間“零距離”的無縫對接。這一研究視角打破以往研究者的專業(yè)局限性，大力提高了合作效率，實現了產學研合作模式的優(yōu)化，進一步完善了產學研的優(yōu)勢結合。 本文提出了如何將物聯網技術應用到產學研合作中，為今后產學研的研究拓展了新的領域，文中所提出的優(yōu)化措施也將為產學研合作的具體實施提供寶貴的借鑒方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, in the face of the fierce challenge of international competition, enterprises, universities or scientific research institutions, under the leadership of the government, adopt the way of cooperation of industry, university and research to transform scientific and technological achievements. Has become the main way to improve competitiveness and has been included in important national strategic plans. As the needs of the various participants and society continue to change, Only gradually enrich and optimize the cooperation mode of industry, college and research can meet the needs of society. How to further optimize and innovate in the existing cooperation mode is the main research direction of current academic circles. Combined with the main role of industry-university-research cooperation in economic competition, this paper collates relevant research documents to sort out the current research on industry-university-research cooperation. Summing up the current domestic research angle of view and research field of industry-university-research cooperation is mainly based on the professional perspective of different researchers to the model of industry-university-research cooperation, the dynamic mechanism, the role of government, the distribution of benefits and the relationship between different subjects. Based on the analysis of the three major developed countries, the United States, Germany and Japan, and our country, this paper excavates the government and enterprises in the cooperation of industry, education and research. The potential problems caused by the lack of information in colleges and universities are put forward, and the important role of the information in the fields of policy, market, scientific research, talents and so on in the cooperation of production, education and research is put forward. Combined with the development trend of the Internet of things in the information age, this paper expounds the concept of the Internet of things. In view of the potential problems in the cooperation between industry, university and research, this paper puts forward to use the Internet of things technology to construct the information platform to obtain the effective information needed by all parties in the cooperation based on the integrity and close cooperation of the industry, education and research. Build the bridge of modern information communication, realize the seamless docking of "zero distance" among the main bodies in the cooperation of industry, college and research. This research angle breaks the professional limitation of the former researchers, and improves the cooperation efficiency greatly. Realize the optimization of the cooperation mode of industry, college and research, and further improve the combination of the advantages of industry, education and research. This paper puts forward how to apply the technology of Internet of things to the cooperation of industry, university and research, which will open up a new field for the research of industry, college and research in the future. The optimization measures proposed in this paper will also provide valuable reference scheme for the concrete implementation of the cooperation of industry, education and research.
