【摘要】：在激烈的市場競爭形勢下，我國核電企業(yè)如何提升核心競爭力，在國際市場中占領(lǐng)一席之地，積極開展專利戰(zhàn)略研究是非常具有現(xiàn)實意義的。通過對企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略的分析與探討，并結(jié)合分析核電行業(yè)的專利戰(zhàn)略形勢，更清晰的分析出核電企業(yè)在專利戰(zhàn)略的運用上存在哪些問題，并找出其保護(hù)側(cè)重點，使之切實滿足企業(yè)技術(shù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需求，使企業(yè)發(fā)展更具競爭力。 本文的主要探討和分析核電企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略的運用，使其能夠支持企業(yè)技術(shù)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，從而提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力。首先對國內(nèi)外企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了概述，分析對比各種企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略，總結(jié)歸納出制定與實施企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略時的基本路徑。然后對國內(nèi)外企業(yè)在核電行業(yè)的專利戰(zhàn)略情況進(jìn)行了分析，重點分析了我國核電企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并對比分析了國外核電企業(yè)在我國實施的專利戰(zhàn)略，歸納分析出我國核電企業(yè)在專利戰(zhàn)略上應(yīng)重點選擇何種戰(zhàn)略模式，，采取哪些對策與措施。最后，以C公司為例開展實證分析，探討企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略在核電企業(yè)中的實際運用。通過研究國內(nèi)外企業(yè)在我國核電行業(yè)運用的專利戰(zhàn)略，并結(jié)合當(dāng)前核電行業(yè)的技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢，來分析和探討以C公司為例的這類核電企業(yè)如何選擇更能切合自身發(fā)展需要的專利戰(zhàn)略模式與對策。明晰出企業(yè)在制定與實施專利戰(zhàn)略時需要注意的問題和尚待解決的問題，使其能夠更清晰的確定企業(yè)在市場競爭中所處的位置，從而準(zhǔn)確定位其專利戰(zhàn)略，使我國核電企業(yè)專利戰(zhàn)略更有效的運用。
[Abstract]:Under the situation of fierce market competition, how to enhance the core competitiveness of our nuclear power enterprises and occupy a place in the international market, It is of great practical significance to actively carry out the research on patent strategy. Through the analysis and discussion of the patent strategy of enterprises, and combined with the analysis of the situation of patent strategy in nuclear power industry, It is clear to analyze what problems exist in the application of patent strategy of nuclear power enterprises, and to find out the key point of its protection, so that it can meet the needs of the sustainable development of enterprise technology, and make the enterprise development more competitive. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the application of patent strategy of nuclear power enterprises, so that it can support the sustainable development of enterprise technology, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. Firstly, the related theories of patent strategy of domestic and foreign enterprises are summarized. This paper analyzes and compares the patent strategies of various enterprises, sums up and summarizes the basic ways to formulate and implement the patent strategies of enterprises, and then analyzes the patent strategies of domestic and foreign enterprises in the nuclear power industry. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of patent strategy of nuclear power enterprises in China, compares and analyzes the patent strategy implemented by foreign nuclear power enterprises in China, and concludes and analyzes what kind of strategic mode should be selected by Chinese nuclear power enterprises in patent strategy. Finally, take C Company as an example to carry out empirical analysis, discuss the actual application of enterprise patent strategy in nuclear power enterprises. By studying the patent strategy of domestic and foreign enterprises in nuclear power industry, And combined with the current technological development trend of nuclear power industry, To analyze and discuss how to choose the patent strategy model and countermeasures that can better meet the needs of the development of this kind of nuclear power enterprises, taking C Company as an example, and to make clear the problems and problems to be solved when the enterprises make and implement the patent strategy. So that it can more clearly determine the position of enterprises in the market competition, so as to accurately locate its patent strategy, so that China's nuclear power enterprises more effective use of patent strategy.
