【摘要】：2011協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心是高校創(chuàng)新能力提升的重要載體。首批"2011計劃"行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)類協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心采用理事會領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的中心主任負責制和"雙總負責制"兩種組織管理模式,其管理機制共性特征表現(xiàn)在中心均以需求為導(dǎo)向、重大任務(wù)為牽引,構(gòu)建包括決策機構(gòu)、執(zhí)行機構(gòu)、咨詢機構(gòu)的組織架構(gòu),并通過一定的制度保障將其聯(lián)結(jié)在一起,以實現(xiàn)資源匯聚和協(xié)同增效。在2011協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心建設(shè)中,應(yīng)從組織文化、評價與約束機制、利益分配機制等角度來進一步完善和創(chuàng)新協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心的組織管理。
[Abstract]:The 2011 collaborative innovation center is an important carrier for the improvement of innovation ability of colleges and universities. The first batch of "2011 Plan" industry collaborative innovation centers adopt the center director responsibility system under the leadership of the Board of Governors and the "double overall responsibility system". Two modes of organization and management. The common features of its management mechanism are that the center is demand-oriented, the major task is the traction, and the organizational structure of the decision-making, executive and advisory bodies is constructed. In order to achieve resource convergence and synergy, we should focus on organizational culture, evaluation and constraint mechanism in the construction of collaborative innovation center in 2011. Benefit distribution mechanism to further improve and innovate the organizational management of collaborative innovation center.
