【摘要】：科普指將科學(xué)知識普及到大眾,即指采用公眾易于理解、接受和參與的方式,普及自然科學(xué)和社會科學(xué)知識,傳播科學(xué)思想,弘揚科學(xué)精神,倡導(dǎo)科學(xué)方法,推廣科學(xué)技術(shù)應(yīng)用的活動。西方早在20世紀(jì)前后便進(jìn)行了科學(xué)知識普及化,包括“進(jìn)化論”,分析心理學(xué),“愛因斯坦的相對論”等�？茖W(xué)普及使科學(xué)代替了宗教,成為人民生產(chǎn)活動的指導(dǎo)思想,這直接加速了世界的整體進(jìn)程,使科技,財富,人口等在20世紀(jì)后期爆炸式發(fā)展,速度壓縮在極短的時間內(nèi),規(guī)模超過人類產(chǎn)生以來的總和。我國在2002年6月,頒布了《中華人民共和國科學(xué)技術(shù)普及法》,這是世界上第一部科普法。雖然如此,我國科學(xué)普及開展仍舊落后。國家應(yīng)該增加對科普的投入,在政策上加以支持。本文針對玉林市的科普發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀作統(tǒng)計調(diào)查,利用公共管理學(xué)理論對玉林市科普工作進(jìn)行評價和分析研究,從政府科普管理體制與運行機制方面分析玉林市科普工作存在的問題,探尋解決制約本地科普事業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的對策,實現(xiàn)公眾獲得科普服務(wù)的均等性。
[Abstract]:Science refers to the popularization of scientific knowledge to the public, which refers to the use of the public is easy to understand, accept and participate in the way to popularize the knowledge of natural science and social science, the dissemination of scientific ideas, promote scientific spirit, promote scientific methods, application and popularization of science and technology activities. The western early in the year twentieth Century will be the popularization of scientific knowledge, including "the theory of evolution", "psychological analysis, Einstein's theory of relativity. The popularization of science science instead of religion, become the guiding ideology of people's production activities, which directly accelerated the whole process of the world, the science and technology, wealth, population explosion in the late twentieth Century development speed, compression in a very short time scale more than the sum of humanity has been produced. In June 2002 China promulgated the" law popularization, science and technology in People's Republic of China, this is the world's first science popularization. Even so, China's Science Popularization Still carry out backward. Countries should increase investment in science, to support the policy. As a survey of science development status in Yulin city in this paper, the theory analysis and evaluation study on Yulin science popularization use of public management, analyzes the existing problems of Yulin science work from the government science management system and operation mechanism. To explore the countermeasures to solve the limitation of the local science popularization for further development, to achieve equal public access to science services.
