【摘要】：高效地農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)直接影響著農(nóng)民的經(jīng)濟利益,農(nóng)業(yè)科技數(shù)字資源服務體系對農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟起到了相當重要的作用,為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)提供全方位的信息資源服務。目前,在新農(nóng)村建設進程中,農(nóng)民對知識和信息有著迫切的需求,探討數(shù)字資源服務新農(nóng)村的模式是十分有必要的。 本文采用了文獻檢索、調研及案例分析等方法分析了當前廣東農(nóng)業(yè)科技數(shù)字資源服務三農(nóng)的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,并結合個案項目展開科技信息資源與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展無縫對接,探討了四種模式。廣東農(nóng)業(yè)科技數(shù)字資源服務三農(nóng)存在著網(wǎng)絡信息量太大導致農(nóng)民無法辨識有用的數(shù)字資源；擁有農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)字資源的涉農(nóng)單位與基層聯(lián)系及服務甚少；政府對數(shù)字服務三農(nóng)問題的重視程度影響著經(jīng)費的需求等多個問題。 第一種模式是與基層的科技推廣中心合作是以柑桔為主導品種來進行數(shù)字資源服務的,探討時主要以如何提高產(chǎn)量等幾方面的信息資源進行搜集整理,實施后效果十分顯著,產(chǎn)量得到大幅度提高。 第二種模式是與郁南黃皮專業(yè)鎮(zhèn)的合作,因針對的只有一種較大的產(chǎn)業(yè),數(shù)字資源的搜索與查找具有對象相對集中等優(yōu)點。但由于農(nóng)戶比較分散,在進行信息傳遞服務中存在一定困難。 第三種模式是與以荔枝為主的農(nóng)民經(jīng)濟合作社進行合作,合作社本身對產(chǎn)后的銷售相當有經(jīng)驗,應把數(shù)字資源服務重點放在產(chǎn)前和產(chǎn)中,主要以提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量和質量為主。 第四種模式是與白云區(qū)各重點產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)的合作,整個片區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)存在多樣化,在數(shù)字資源收集方面相對煩鎖,信息量和工作量較大；而在建立專家團隊方面也需面面俱到,更好地為各產(chǎn)業(yè)服務。
[Abstract]:Efficient agricultural production directly affects the economic interests of farmers. The digital resource service system of agricultural science and technology plays a very important role in agriculture and rural economy. At present, in the process of new rural construction, farmers have an urgent need for knowledge and information, so it is necessary to explore the mode of digital resources serving the new countryside. This paper uses the methods of literature retrieval, investigation and case analysis to analyze the current situation and existing problems of agricultural science and technology digital resources service in Guangdong. And combined with the case of scientific and technological information resources and industrial development seamless docking. This paper discusses four modes. There is too much network information for farmers to identify useful digital resources in Guangdong agricultural science and technology digital resources service. Agricultural units with agricultural digital resources have little contact and service with grass-roots units; The government's attention to the issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers affects the demand for funds and so on. The first model is to cooperate with the grass-roots science and technology extension center is to use citrus as the dominant variety to carry on the digital resource service, when the discussion mainly carries on the collection and arrangement with how to increase the output and so on several aspects information resources. After the implementation of the effect is very significant, the output has been greatly improved. The second mode is the cooperation with Huang Pei specialized town in Yu Nan, because of only one kind of larger industry, the search and search of digital resources have the advantage of relatively concentrated objects, but the farmers are more dispersed. There are some difficulties in information transmission service. The third model is to cooperate with farmers' economic cooperatives, which are mainly litchi. Cooperatives themselves are quite experienced in postpartum sales, and digital resource services should be focused on prenatal and production services. Mainly to improve the output and quality of agricultural products. The 4th modes are cooperation with the key industrial districts in Baiyun District. The agricultural industry in the whole area is diversified, the collection of digital resources is relatively troublesome, and the amount of information and workload is large. But in the establishment expert team aspect also needs to have everything, better serves for each industry.
