外企從業(yè)人員職場(chǎng)英語能力需求分析

隨著商業(yè)全球化的發(fā)展,國(guó)外企業(yè)逐漸進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)開展業(yè)務(wù)。外企的發(fā)展使得具備英語能力的復(fù)合型人才需求不斷增加,職場(chǎng)英語也越來越被企業(yè)重視。職場(chǎng)英語能力需求的研究主要是調(diào)查從業(yè)人員在日常工作中都用英語去完成哪些任務(wù),從而在這些任務(wù)中分析職場(chǎng)人員所要具備的語言能力,這一研究也為大學(xué)英語教學(xué)提供一定指導(dǎo)意見。本文是以外企職場(chǎng)為調(diào)查背景,對(duì)外企從業(yè)人員職場(chǎng)英語需求進(jìn)行探索性研究。旨在解決和回答以下相關(guān)的三個(gè)問題:(1)外企從業(yè)人員在日常工作中都需要用英語完成哪些任務(wù)?(2)外企從業(yè)人員所需要的英語能力有哪些?(3)上述外企從業(yè)人員英語能力需求分析對(duì)大學(xué)英語教學(xué)有何啟示?通過調(diào)查分析,本研究得出以下結(jié)論:第一,在外企環(huán)境中,英語被使用的頻率很高;四項(xiàng)基本英語技能中,使用頻率由高到低分別是:閱讀,寫作,聽力和口語;外企職員主要用英語來完成以下任務(wù):閱讀商務(wù)信函,閱讀電子郵件和傳真,瀏覽公司內(nèi)部網(wǎng)頁,閱讀產(chǎn)品說明書,閱讀工作報(bào)告,寫工作總結(jié)等,這些任務(wù)是外企職員在日常工作中經(jīng)常完成的。第二,在完成任務(wù)的過程中,外企從業(yè)人員需要的英語能力包括:基本語言技能(聽、說、讀、寫、譯);語言能力(組織能力和語用...
