旅行社CRM系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建初探

【摘要】:CRM(客戶關(guān)系管理)是一種全新的商業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,它要求全方位地看待客戶,通過將人力資源、業(yè)務(wù)流程與專業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)行有效的整合,從而讓企業(yè)可以最大程度的提高客戶滿意度及忠誠度。本文針對旅行社業(yè),提出了構(gòu)建CRM系統(tǒng)的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:CRM (customer relationship Management) is a new business strategy, it requires a comprehensive view of customers, through the human resources, business processes and professional technology to effectively integrate, So that enterprises can maximize the degree of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Aiming at the travel agency industry, this paper puts forward the idea and method of constructing CRM system.
