建筑企業(yè)實施客戶關系管理的必要性和可行性分析

【摘要】:客戶關系管理(CRM)作為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)客戶關系管理的最新模式,在國外正日益受到青睞,并已在許多擁有龐大、復雜客戶群的企業(yè)得到廣泛應用。在我國,CRM也正在金融、電信和公用事業(yè)等行業(yè)積極應用。作為傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的建筑行業(yè),業(yè)內競爭激烈,客戶資源已成為決定企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的關鍵因素,客戶對于電子信息技術的依賴性也逐漸增強,實施CRM已是迫在眉睫。不僅如此,CRM理論的發(fā)展、電子技術的應用,以及建筑產(chǎn)品自身的特性,也使得在建筑企業(yè)實施CRM成為可能。
[Abstract]:As the latest mode of customer relationship management in modern enterprises, customer relationship management (CRM) is increasingly popular in foreign countries and has been widely used in many enterprises with large and complex customer base. In China, CRM is also actively used in finance, telecommunications and public utilities industries. As the traditional construction industry, the competition in the industry is fierce, customer resources have become the key factor to determine the survival and development of enterprises, the dependence of customers on electronic information technology has gradually increased, the implementation of CRM is imminent. Moreover, the development of CRM theory, the application of electronic technology and the characteristics of construction products make it possible to implement CRM in construction enterprises.
