KDD在零售業(yè)客戶關系管理中的應用分析研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的零售業(yè)CRM系統(tǒng)不能對零售業(yè)的海量數(shù)據(jù)進行有效利用,也難以對公司的營銷決策提供支持,而KDD主要研究如何從大量的數(shù)據(jù)中智能地、自動地提取出有價值的知識和信息。在零售業(yè)CRM系統(tǒng)中引入KDD的方案,并在零售業(yè)CRM系統(tǒng)中實施KDD算法,可以有效地利用客戶信息資源,有效提升企業(yè)CRM質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The traditional retail CRM system can not make effective use of the massive data of the retail industry, and it is difficult to provide support to the marketing decision of the company. However, the KDD mainly studies how to intelligently use the large amount of data from the large amount of data. Automatically extract valuable knowledge and information. Introducing the scheme of KDD into the retail CRM system and implementing the KDD algorithm in the retail CRM system can effectively utilize the customer information resources and effectively improve the quality of the enterprise CRM.
