【摘要】：近年來,我國金融業(yè)改革正在逐步深化與發(fā)展,各個種類的金融機構(gòu)也在持續(xù)增加。我國市場的狀態(tài)也發(fā)生了改變,已從賣方轉(zhuǎn)變成買方市場。而大量外資銀行涌入中國。大量涌入中國的外資銀行在IT技術(shù)、資金、管理經(jīng)驗上具備極大的優(yōu)越性,因而將對我國的銀行業(yè)構(gòu)成新的威脅,造成很大的影響。面對這些威脅和挑戰(zhàn),銀行要想在保住以往老客戶的基礎(chǔ)上,爭取新的客戶,區(qū)分金牌客戶,那么就必須使用客戶優(yōu)質(zhì)關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng),即PCRM系統(tǒng)。 濟(jì)南潤豐農(nóng)村合作銀行個人優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)采用傳統(tǒng)的MVC模式,基于J2EE中的SH框架開發(fā)完成,采用Java編程語言,開發(fā)工具為Myeclipse,前臺運用JSP顯示,采用免費的Tomcat作為應(yīng)用服務(wù)器,使開發(fā)成本降到了最低。系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用面向?qū)ο蟮乃枷?發(fā)揮封裝、繼承、多態(tài)等優(yōu)勢,構(gòu)建運行效率快、功能完善的管理系統(tǒng)。另外,系統(tǒng)還采用了SQL Server2005數(shù)據(jù)庫,增加了存儲的有效性。本系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的技術(shù)架構(gòu),不僅提高編程效率,大大縮短系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)周期,而且提供個人優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶關(guān)系管理的平臺。 濟(jì)南潤豐農(nóng)村合作銀行PCRM系統(tǒng)分為市場細(xì)分、我的客戶、營銷管理、業(yè)績考核和用戶交接等功能模塊,滿足各級管理人員、客戶經(jīng)理開展客戶細(xì)分、營銷管理、決策分析和績效考核等方面的管理需求,同時把生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)和分析系統(tǒng)緊密關(guān)聯(lián),為發(fā)現(xiàn)和服務(wù)優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶提供信息。通過系統(tǒng)相關(guān)功能,銀行業(yè)務(wù)人員可以把握客戶服務(wù)的動態(tài),可以及時響應(yīng)客戶需求,改善服務(wù),吸收更多的顧客。 PCRM系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)在降低成本、改善服務(wù)、了解客戶方面具有重要的意義,可以提高服務(wù),提高客戶的忠誠度,同時,降低成本,提高銷售,并最終達(dá)到的目的,提高銀行利潤。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's financial sector reform is gradually deepening and development, various types of financial institutions are also increasing. The state of our market has also changed from seller to buyer market. And a large number of foreign banks poured into China. A large number of foreign banks in China have great advantages in IT technology, capital and management experience, which will pose a new threat to China's banking industry and have a great impact on China's banking industry. In the face of these threats and challenges, banks must use customer quality relationship management system, that is, PCRM system, if they want to win new customers and distinguish gold customers on the basis of keeping old customers. The personal high quality customer relationship management system of Jinan Runfeng Rural Cooperative Bank adopts the traditional MVC mode, which is based on the SH framework in J2EE, and uses Java programming language. The development tool is JSP display for Myeclipse, foreground. Using free Tomcat as the application server, the development cost is reduced to the lowest. The system uses the idea of object oriented, exerts the advantages of encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism, and constructs a management system with fast running efficiency and perfect function. In addition, the system also uses SQL Server2005 database to increase the efficiency of storage. The technical framework used in this system not only improves the efficiency of programming, greatly shortens the development cycle of the system, but also provides a platform for personal quality customer relationship management. Jinan Runfeng Rural Cooperative Bank PCRM system is divided into market segmentation, my customer, marketing management, performance evaluation and user handover and other functional modules, to meet all levels of managers, account managers to carry out customer segmentation, marketing management, The management requirements of decision analysis and performance appraisal are closely related to the production system and the analysis system to provide information for the discovery and service of high quality customers. Through the related functions of the system, the bank staff can grasp the dynamic of customer service, respond to customer demand in time, improve service, absorb more customers. The design and implementation of PCRM system can reduce the cost and improve the service. Understanding customers is of great significance, which can improve service, improve customer loyalty, reduce costs, increase sales, and ultimately achieve the purpose of increasing bank profits.
