濟(jì)南潤豐農(nóng)村合作銀行個人優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's financial sector reform is gradually deepening and development, various types of financial institutions are also increasing. The state of our market has also changed from seller to buyer market. And a large number of foreign banks poured into China. A large number of foreign banks in China have great advantages in IT technology, capital and management experience, which will pose a new threat to China's banking industry and have a great impact on China's banking industry. In the face of these threats and challenges, banks must use customer quality relationship management system, that is, PCRM system, if they want to win new customers and distinguish gold customers on the basis of keeping old customers. The personal high quality customer relationship management system of Jinan Runfeng Rural Cooperative Bank adopts the traditional MVC mode, which is based on the SH framework in J2EE, and uses Java programming language. The development tool is JSP display for Myeclipse, foreground. Using free Tomcat as the application server, the development cost is reduced to the lowest. The system uses the idea of object oriented, exerts the advantages of encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism, and constructs a management system with fast running efficiency and perfect function. In addition, the system also uses SQL Server2005 database to increase the efficiency of storage. The technical framework used in this system not only improves the efficiency of programming, greatly shortens the development cycle of the system, but also provides a platform for personal quality customer relationship management. Jinan Runfeng Rural Cooperative Bank PCRM system is divided into market segmentation, my customer, marketing management, performance evaluation and user handover and other functional modules, to meet all levels of managers, account managers to carry out customer segmentation, marketing management, The management requirements of decision analysis and performance appraisal are closely related to the production system and the analysis system to provide information for the discovery and service of high quality customers. Through the related functions of the system, the bank staff can grasp the dynamic of customer service, respond to customer demand in time, improve service, absorb more customers. The design and implementation of PCRM system can reduce the cost and improve the service. Understanding customers is of great significance, which can improve service, improve customer loyalty, reduce costs, increase sales, and ultimately achieve the purpose of increasing bank profits.
