上海優(yōu)森德產(chǎn)品檢測有限責(zé)任公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:摘要:企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為其未來發(fā)展的基準(zhǔn),明確了戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和戰(zhàn)略定位,指導(dǎo)著企業(yè)的中長期經(jīng)營行為,對其長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展有著重要的現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義。我國產(chǎn)品檢測行業(yè)正處于快速成長階段,而外部環(huán)境中各種發(fā)展機會與威脅并存,所以,結(jié)合分析產(chǎn)品檢測企業(yè)的內(nèi)部資源和能力,制定出具有前瞻性的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,是我國產(chǎn)品檢測企業(yè)迫切需要做的。 本文對上海優(yōu)森德產(chǎn)品檢測技術(shù)有限責(zé)任公司(在文中簡稱為“UTS公司”)所處的外部宏觀環(huán)境及行業(yè)中觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為在我國的宏觀環(huán)境下,產(chǎn)品檢測企業(yè)發(fā)展蘊藏的機會大于威脅,而企業(yè)所處的行業(yè)環(huán)境競爭比較激烈。通過進(jìn)一步分析公司內(nèi)部資源和能力,認(rèn)為UTS公司有一定的技術(shù)資源及較好的財務(wù)狀況,但其高水平技術(shù)人才隊伍建設(shè)有待進(jìn)一步加強。結(jié)合對公司所處的外部環(huán)境及內(nèi)部資源能力分析來看,UTS公司有望進(jìn)一步發(fā)展成為國內(nèi)知名的產(chǎn)品檢測企業(yè),參與全國性競爭。綜合上述分析,本文認(rèn)為UTS在公司層面的戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)該選擇相關(guān)多元化的成長型戰(zhàn)略;而在業(yè)務(wù)層面的戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)先選擇成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略,搶占一定市場后再采取差異化戰(zhàn)略,以保持企業(yè)長期可持續(xù)性發(fā)展的核心競爭力。為了實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),UTS公司應(yīng)做好以下幾方面的工作:優(yōu)化調(diào)整組織結(jié)構(gòu);引進(jìn)與培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才;完善技術(shù)管理體系;強化客戶關(guān)系管理;開發(fā)與經(jīng)營新市場;加強建設(shè)企業(yè)文化;樹立企業(yè)品牌。并在戰(zhàn)略實施過程中予以適當(dāng)?shù)膽?zhàn)略控制。圖14幅,表5個,參考文獻(xiàn)53篇。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: the development strategy of an enterprise is regarded as the benchmark of its future development. It clarifies the strategic goal and strategic orientation, guides the medium and long term management behavior of the enterprise, and has important practical guiding significance for its long-term development. China's product testing industry is at a rapid growth stage, and various development opportunities and threats coexist in the external environment. Therefore, combining with the analysis of the internal resources and capabilities of product testing enterprises, a forward-looking development strategy has been formulated. Is our country product inspection enterprise urgently needs to do. In this paper, the external macro environment and the industry meso environment of Shanghai Usende Product Inspection Technology Co., Ltd (referred to in this paper as "UTS Company") are analyzed, and it is concluded that under the macro environment of our country, The development of product testing enterprises contains more opportunities than threats, and the industry environment in which the competition is more intense. Through further analysis of the internal resources and capabilities of the company, it is concluded that UTS company has certain technical resources and good financial situation, but the construction of its high-level technical talents needs to be further strengthened. According to the analysis of the external environment and internal resource ability of the company, UTS is expected to become a well-known domestic product testing enterprise and participate in national competition. Synthesizing the above analysis, this paper holds that UTS should choose the relevant diversified growth strategy at the company level, and the strategy at the business level should choose the cost leading strategy first, and then adopt the differentiation strategy after occupying a certain market. In order to maintain the core competitiveness of long-term sustainable development of enterprises. In order to achieve the strategic goal, UTS Company should do the following work: optimize and adjust the organization structure, introduce and train high-quality talents, perfect the technical management system, strengthen the customer relationship management, develop and manage the new market; Strengthen the construction of enterprise culture; set up enterprise brand. And in the implementation of the strategy to give appropriate strategic control. There are 14 figures, 5 tables and 53 references.
