芻議電力客戶關系管理系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:我國市場經(jīng)濟近幾年來快速發(fā)展,正由原先的制造業(yè)主導逐步轉向服務業(yè)主導,國家經(jīng)濟結構不斷調(diào)整完善調(diào)整,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)特征中更加體現(xiàn)服務性特點?蛻舴⻊掌焚|(zhì)的需求逐步提升,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)供電服務的內(nèi)涵進一步豐富。對于電力企業(yè)的運營管理來說,電力客服服務系統(tǒng)有著重要的意義。良好的電力客戶服務,能夠為客戶提供更好的服務,實現(xiàn)全方面、高層次,有利于客戶滿意度的大幅提升,也有利于企業(yè)良好形象的樹立。就電力客戶關系管理系統(tǒng),本文作了淺議。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of market economy in China in recent years is gradually changing from the original leading of manufacturing to the leading of service industry. The national economic structure is constantly adjusted and adjusted, and the characteristics of power grid enterprises are more embodied in the characteristics of service. The demand of customer service quality is improved step by step, the intension of power supply service of power grid enterprise is further enriched. For the operation and management of electric power enterprises, the electric customer service system is of great significance. Good power customer service can provide better service for customers, achieve all aspects, high level, is conducive to customer satisfaction, but also conducive to the establishment of a good image of the enterprise. This paper makes a brief discussion on the electric power customer relationship management system.
