【摘要】：美洲銀行是當(dāng)代全球最優(yōu)秀的零售銀行。近幾年美洲銀行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)現(xiàn)了重大轉(zhuǎn)型,這些轉(zhuǎn)型主要包括金融中心戰(zhàn)略、回歸美國(guó)戰(zhàn)略、購(gòu)并戰(zhàn)略與外包戰(zhàn)略。依靠金融中心戰(zhàn)略,美洲銀行開(kāi)發(fā)和建立了穩(wěn)定的客戶關(guān)系;依靠回歸美國(guó)戰(zhàn)略,美洲銀行得到了大量的美國(guó)本土金融市場(chǎng)份額;依靠購(gòu)并戰(zhàn)略,美洲銀行成為橫跨美國(guó)東中西部的金融帝國(guó);依靠外包戰(zhàn)略,美洲銀行實(shí)現(xiàn)了低成本、高效率運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Bank of America is the best retail bank in the world. In recent years, the development strategy of Bank of America has realized a major transformation, which mainly includes the strategy of financial center, the strategy of returning to the United States, the strategy of merger and acquisition and the strategy of outsourcing. Relying on the financial center strategy, the Bank of America has developed and established stable customer relations; relying on the strategy of returning to the United States, the Bank of America has gained a large share of the local financial market in the United States; and it has relied on the strategy of merger and acquisition. BofA became a financial empire across America's east, west and west; relying on outsourcing strategies, Bank of America operated at low cost and efficiently.
