流程工業(yè)智慧煉化建設的研究與實踐

【摘要】:結合煉化行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展趨勢,應用煉化企業(yè)信息化評價方法,首次有針對性地提出了流程工業(yè)的智慧煉化建設應經(jīng)歷"數(shù)字煉化、智能煉化和智慧煉化"3個步驟,以及各階段的目標與重點內(nèi)容。詳細闡釋了智慧煉化建設過程中幾個重要與典型系統(tǒng)/應用功能的設計,包括原油分子信息庫、智慧供應鏈與價值鏈管理、生產(chǎn)運行共享中心與專家遠程診斷系統(tǒng)、用能管理系統(tǒng)、設備運行性能優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)、一體化物流管理與客戶關系系統(tǒng)、智慧加油站和大數(shù)據(jù)應用。該成果已應用于某大型煉化企業(yè),并為該企業(yè)成功開展智慧煉化建設提供了技術支持。
[Abstract]:Combined with the development trend of refining and chemical industry information, and applying the evaluation method of refining and chemical enterprise informatization, the paper points out for the first time that the intelligent refining construction of the process industry should go through three steps: digital refining, intelligent refining and intelligent refining. And the objectives and key content of each stage. The design of several important and typical system / application functions in the process of intelligent refining and chemical construction is explained in detail, including crude oil molecular information base, intelligent supply chain and value chain management, production and operation sharing center and expert remote diagnosis system. Utility management system, equipment performance optimization system, integrated logistics management and customer relationship system, intelligent gas station and big data applications. The results have been applied to a large scale refinery and chemical enterprise, and provide technical support for the enterprise to successfully carry out intelligent refining and chemical construction.
