【摘要】:雅澳英語培訓(xùn)服務(wù)有限公司在不到十年時間迅速發(fā)展成為在國內(nèi)擁有多家機構(gòu)的大型語言培訓(xùn)專業(yè)服務(wù)企業(yè),隨著公司業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模擴大和經(jīng)營與服務(wù)項目的不斷豐富,公司開發(fā)立項面向主營業(yè)務(wù)全面管理的信息系統(tǒng)。 論文基于以上應(yīng)用背景,同時結(jié)合雅澳公司的主營業(yè)務(wù)對管理信息化的具體需求功能,基于軟件工程開發(fā)與技術(shù)對此進行較為系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)方面的論述。該系統(tǒng)結(jié)合本公司的實際業(yè)務(wù)特點與能力資源發(fā)展計劃,分步驟和有針對性地實現(xiàn)一組對公司經(jīng)營管理切實需要的信息化管理功能,主要包括客戶關(guān)系管理和市場營銷管理方面、培訓(xùn)課程及項目管理方面、員工管理方面、成本費用及效益管理等方面加以重點實現(xiàn)。論文首先概括歸納了相關(guān)的開發(fā)基礎(chǔ),然后論述該軟件系統(tǒng)的主要功能需求,著重圍繞客戶關(guān)系及市場營銷管理、培訓(xùn)項目管理、培訓(xùn)計劃管理、經(jīng)營效益和成本費用管理、員工管理等方面。在論述需求分析之后討論該管理信息系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計方案,包含數(shù)據(jù)庫子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案、軟件系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)的各內(nèi)部功能模塊及其主要相關(guān)流程的設(shè)計與管理。在論述了軟件設(shè)計之后從軟件實現(xiàn)的角度著重闡述了該企業(yè)管理軟件的程序框架、在系統(tǒng)的客戶端及其服務(wù)器平臺上的主要的模塊程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)及其相關(guān)的測試等方面。 該軟件系統(tǒng)目前的試運行效果良好,實際測試和用戶評價達到系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In less than ten years, Ya-ao English training Service Co., Ltd. has developed rapidly into a large language training professional service enterprise with many institutions in China. With the expansion of its business scale and the continuous enrichment of its business and service projects, Ya'ao English training Service Co., Ltd. The company develops an information system oriented to the overall management of the main business. Based on the above application background, combined with the specific demand function of the main business of Ya'ao Company for management information, this paper discusses the design and implementation of this system based on software engineering development and technology. The system combines the company's actual business characteristics and capacity and resource development plan, step by step and targeted to achieve a group of practical needs of the company's management information management functions, It mainly includes customer relationship management and marketing management, training course and project management, staff management, cost and benefit management and so on. The paper summarizes the relevant development basis, then discusses the main functional requirements of the software system, focusing on customer relations and marketing management, training project management, training plan management, management of operating efficiency and cost. Employee management, etc. After discussing the requirement analysis, this paper discusses the software design scheme of the management information system, including the design scheme of the database subsystem, the overall structure of the software system, the design and management of the internal function modules and their main related processes of the system. After discussing the software design, this paper mainly expounds the program framework of the enterprise management software from the point of view of the software implementation, the main module program realization and the related testing on the client side of the system and its server platform. At present, the software system has a good effect in trial operation, and the actual test and user evaluation reach the development goal of the system.
