【摘要】：現(xiàn)代制造系統(tǒng)由先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)和先進(jìn)管理技術(shù)組成。自20世紀(jì)90年代以來,涌現(xiàn)出智能制造、綠色制造、計(jì)算機(jī)集成制造、全面質(zhì)量管理、大規(guī)模定制和全生命周期工程等先進(jìn)制造系統(tǒng)模式,以及企業(yè)資源規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)品生命周期管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理和客戶關(guān)系管理等先進(jìn)管理技術(shù)。其中,以信息技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),數(shù)字化為手段的新興制造系統(tǒng)的研究已成為研究熱點(diǎn)。展望未來,制造系統(tǒng)將向著集成化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、智能化和綠色化方向發(fā)展,制造系統(tǒng)的研究將面臨更多的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Modern manufacturing system is composed of advanced manufacturing technology and advanced management technology.Since the 1990s, advanced manufacturing systems such as intelligent manufacturing, green manufacturing, computer integrated manufacturing, total quality management, mass customization and life-cycle engineering, as well as enterprise resource planning, have emerged.Advanced management techniques such as product lifecycle management, supply chain management and customer relationship management.Among them, the research of new manufacturing system based on information technology and digitalization has become a research hotspot.In the future, manufacturing system will develop towards integration, network, intelligence and green. The research of manufacturing system will face more opportunities and challenges.
