【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+時代的到來正在深刻改變企業(yè)交付價值的過程,客戶參與是這個時代的企業(yè)獲得快速增長必不可少的因素之一。客戶關(guān)系管理軟件對于有效提高企業(yè)客戶管理的效率的意義重大。本文面向當(dāng)前迅速發(fā)展的服務(wù)外包行業(yè),結(jié)合中小型服務(wù)外包企業(yè)的客戶管理需求,基于Java EE技術(shù)和主流的前端實現(xiàn)框架,利用Saa S架構(gòu)對服務(wù)外包企業(yè)CRM軟件系統(tǒng)進行了分析、設(shè)計與開發(fā)。服務(wù)外包企業(yè)CRM按照功能可分為租戶端子系統(tǒng)和運營端子系統(tǒng)。租戶端是服務(wù)外包企業(yè)端,他們通過本系統(tǒng)提供的功能實現(xiàn)市場管理、銷售管理和客戶服務(wù)管理、數(shù)據(jù)分析,并可以使用系統(tǒng)提供的工作日志、移動外勤等功能提升工作匯報、客戶拜訪的效率;運營端對注冊使用的服務(wù)外包企業(yè)進行管理,進行在線服務(wù);租戶端和運營端結(jié)合,可以使服務(wù)外包企業(yè)以較低的成本,盡快享用到客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)帶來的工作便利與效率提升。本文在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計過程中,針對服務(wù)外包企業(yè)需求進行了深入細致的需求分析,明確了系統(tǒng)的高層次目標(biāo),并以此為基礎(chǔ)對系統(tǒng)的功能、性能、安全性、可用性等需求進行了規(guī)格化,以指導(dǎo)后續(xù)的設(shè)計工作。在設(shè)計階段,首先進行了系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)、應(yīng)用架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)架和基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)設(shè)計,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對UI、接口和類進行了設(shè)計,進而確定了系統(tǒng)藍圖。在系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)階段,選擇了以JFinal為框架的JavaEE技術(shù),結(jié)合MySQL和MongoDB數(shù)據(jù)庫進行后端業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā),以Restful風(fēng)格的API展示給前端和第三方系統(tǒng);以HTML5+CSS3+JavaScript構(gòu)建前端布局,以Vue.js和Jquery實現(xiàn)前后臺之間的交互,從而構(gòu)成了完整的系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)較為完整地支持了服務(wù)外包企業(yè)的客戶關(guān)系管理各個場景的需求,并結(jié)合微信企業(yè)號平臺幫助企業(yè)快速實現(xiàn)辦公的移動化,與企業(yè)內(nèi)部項目管理系統(tǒng)的結(jié)合有助于企業(yè)快速形成業(yè)務(wù)閉環(huán)。在完成系統(tǒng)的分析、設(shè)計和開發(fā)工作后,本文對服務(wù)外包企業(yè)CRM進行了系統(tǒng)而嚴(yán)格的測試,從功能、性能、安全、可用性等方面檢驗系統(tǒng)是否符合預(yù)期的設(shè)計指標(biāo),為系統(tǒng)上線交付提供了質(zhì)量保證。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the Internet era is profoundly changing the process of enterprise delivery value, customer participation is one of the essential factors for the rapid growth of enterprises in this era.Customer relationship management software is of great significance to improve the efficiency of customer management.This paper aims at the rapid development of service outsourcing industry, combining the customer management needs of small and medium-sized service outsourcing enterprises, based on Java EE technology and mainstream front-end implementation framework,Service outsourcing enterprise CRM can be divided into tenant terminal system and operation terminal system according to its function.The tenant end is the service outsourcing enterprise end, they realize the market management, the sales management and the customer service management, the data analysis through the function which this system provides, and can use the system to provide the work log, the movement field and so on function enhancement work report,The efficiency of customer visit; the management of registered service outsourcing enterprises by the operator; the combination of the tenant end and the operation end can make the service outsourcing enterprise with lower cost.Enjoy the convenience and efficiency of customer relationship management system as soon as possible.In the course of the system design, this paper analyzes the requirement of the service outsourcing enterprise deeply and meticulously, clarifies the high-level goal of the system, and takes this as the foundation to the function, the performance, the security of the system.Usability and other requirements have been standardized to guide subsequent design work.In the design phase, the system business architecture, application architecture, data architecture and infrastructure are designed, and then the UI, interface and class are designed, and then the system blueprint is determined.In the stage of system realization, we choose JavaEE technology based on JFinal, combine MySQL and MongoDB database to develop back-end business, show it to front-end and third-party system with API style of Restful, construct front-end layout with HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript.Vue.js and Jquery are used to realize the interaction between the front and back, thus forming a complete system.The system completely supports the customer relationship management needs of service outsourcing enterprises, and combines Wechat enterprise account platform to help enterprises realize office mobility quickly.The combination with enterprise internal project management system can help enterprises to form business closed-loop quickly.After completing the analysis, design and development of the system, the CRM of the service outsourcing enterprise is tested systematically and strictly in this paper. The system is tested in terms of function, performance, security, availability and so on.Provides quality assurance for system delivery online.
