代工企業(yè)與品牌客戶的關(guān)系資本對其合作創(chuàng)新績效的影響研究

【摘要】:我們已經(jīng)進(jìn)入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,代工企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢已經(jīng)不僅僅表現(xiàn)在具體的有形資產(chǎn)上,無形資產(chǎn)也成為了代工企業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢所在。企業(yè)在充分利用自身優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新的同時(shí),也越來越注重利用其它企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢,進(jìn)行合作創(chuàng)新,從而縮短創(chuàng)新過程,加快創(chuàng)新速度。企業(yè)間在進(jìn)行合作創(chuàng)新的過程中,注重企業(yè)間關(guān)系的發(fā)展,為了共同的績效目標(biāo)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,形成一種關(guān)系資本。 本文將在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建代工企業(yè)與品牌客戶關(guān)系資本對其合作創(chuàng)新績效影響的模型,并引入關(guān)系學(xué)習(xí)作為其中介,對模型做假設(shè)檢驗(yàn)。通過實(shí)證研究的方法,基于對109份有效調(diào)查問卷的數(shù)據(jù)處理及分析后,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)關(guān)系資本對合作創(chuàng)新績效的正向影響顯著。其中,善意信任、能力信任,作為本文選取的信任的兩個(gè)維度都對合作創(chuàng)新績效有顯著的正向影響。計(jì)算式承諾、善意承諾作為本文選取的承諾的兩個(gè)維度,計(jì)算式承諾對合作創(chuàng)新績效有顯著的負(fù)向影響,善意承諾對合作創(chuàng)新績效有顯著的正向影響。情感聲譽(yù)和認(rèn)知聲譽(yù)作為本文選取的兩個(gè)企業(yè)聲譽(yù)的變量,對代工企業(yè)與品牌客戶的合作創(chuàng)新績效有顯著的正向影響。(2)關(guān)系學(xué)習(xí)對合作創(chuàng)新績效的正向影響顯著。其中,信息分享、共同理解、關(guān)系記憶作為關(guān)系學(xué)習(xí)的幾個(gè)維度都對合作創(chuàng)新績效有顯著的正向影響。(3)關(guān)系資本對關(guān)系學(xué)習(xí)的正向影響顯著。其中,善意信任、能力信任、善意承諾、情感聲譽(yù)和認(rèn)知聲譽(yù)對關(guān)系學(xué)習(xí)有顯著的正向影響,計(jì)算式承諾對關(guān)系學(xué)習(xí)有顯著的負(fù)向影響。(4)關(guān)系學(xué)習(xí)在關(guān)系資本和合作創(chuàng)新績效之間起到不完全中介作用。因此,代工企業(yè)可以通過關(guān)系學(xué)習(xí)使代工企業(yè)與品牌客戶關(guān)系資本對其合作創(chuàng)新績效影響有所提高。 最后,本文就研究的結(jié)論進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析,提出對企業(yè)的管理建議,并反思研究不足,展望未來研究。
[Abstract]:We have entered the era of knowledge economy, the advantages of contract enterprises are not only in the specific tangible assets, but also in the development of contract manufacturing enterprises. They also pay more and more attention to making use of the advantages of other enterprises to carry out cooperative innovation, thus shortening the process of innovation and speeding up the speed of innovation. In the process of cooperative innovation, enterprises pay more attention to the development of inter-firm relations. For the common performance goal coordinated development, forms one kind of relational capital. On the basis of existing research, this paper constructs a model of the impact of contract enterprise and brand customer relationship capital on its cooperative innovation performance, and introduces relationship learning as its intermediary to test the hypothesis of the model. Based on the data processing and analysis of 109 valid questionnaires, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the positive impact of relationship capital on cooperative innovation performance is significant. As the two dimensions of trust selected in this paper, both of them have a significant positive impact on cooperative innovation performance. The computational commitment, as the two dimensions of the commitment selected in this paper, has a significant negative impact on cooperative innovation performance. Goodwill commitment has a significant positive impact on cooperative innovation performance. Emotional reputation and cognitive reputation are the variables of corporate reputation selected in this paper. The relationship learning has a significant positive impact on cooperative innovation performance. Among them, information sharing, common understanding, As several dimensions of relationship learning, relational memory has a significant positive impact on cooperative innovation performance.) relationship capital has a significant positive impact on relationship learning. Among them, goodwill trust, ability trust, goodwill commitment. Affective reputation and cognitive reputation have significant positive effects on relationship learning, and computational commitment has a significant negative effect on relationship learning.) relationship learning plays an incomplete intermediary role between relational capital and cooperative innovation performance. Contract enterprises can improve their cooperative innovation performance through relationship learning. Finally, this paper summarizes and analyzes the conclusions of the research, puts forward some suggestions on the management of enterprises, reflects on the lack of research and looks forward to the future research.
