【摘要】：介紹了國內(nèi)銀行信用卡業(yè)務(wù)和特約商戶發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,對實施銀行信用卡特約商戶分析的必要性進行了討論,介紹了ID3決策樹算法的主要內(nèi)容,討論了數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理過程,并對屬性進行了概念分層的離散化處理,詳細闡述了基于信息增益的決策樹構(gòu)建過程,最后討論了分析結(jié)果和利用特約商戶分析來增強客戶關(guān)系管理的效果。研究結(jié)果表明,信用卡特約商戶分析能幫助金融機構(gòu)改善信用卡業(yè)務(wù)效益。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the present situation of domestic bank credit card business and the development of special merchant, discusses the necessity of implementing bank credit card special merchant analysis, introduces the main content of ID3 decision tree algorithm, and discusses the process of data preprocessing. At last, the paper discusses the analysis result and the effect of using the special merchant analysis to enhance the customer relationship management, and the research results show that the decision tree is constructed based on the information gain, and the attribute is discretized by the concept stratification, and the process of constructing the decision tree based on the information gain is expounded in detail. Credit card business analysis can help financial institutions to improve the effectiveness of credit card business.
