【摘要】：在當(dāng)今全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程加劇和信息技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展的背景下,信息技術(shù)與信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)和商業(yè)活動(dòng)相互交織、密不可分,IT已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)在企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)激烈市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的有力武器。企業(yè)信息化能夠推動(dòng)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程和增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的新的動(dòng)力。如何讓信息技術(shù)對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略有效支撐,如何有效地制定信息化戰(zhàn)略,讓信息系統(tǒng)服務(wù)于企業(yè)的發(fā)展,并從中取得應(yīng)有的投資回報(bào),這對(duì)于企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)是個(gè)巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文在對(duì)企業(yè)信息化戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃理論及模型、IT戰(zhàn)略的規(guī)劃方法論進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)以HFD醫(yī)療器械(上海)有限公司的信息化戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與實(shí)施為具體案例,分析HFD公司的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、IT組織架構(gòu)、基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu),管理安全以及應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),并總結(jié)公司信息化及其戰(zhàn)略存在的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展對(duì)客戶關(guān)系管理、電子商務(wù)、業(yè)務(wù)智能等信息系統(tǒng)的需求。并在戰(zhàn)略一致性理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合平衡記分卡等方法,提出HFD公司的信息化戰(zhàn)略使命和愿景,設(shè)計(jì)出公司信息化戰(zhàn)略的框架,最終規(guī)劃出公司信息化戰(zhàn)略總體方案,并提出建立新的信息系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架包括核心系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)中心、應(yīng)用服務(wù)和第三方系統(tǒng),分析實(shí)施過(guò)程中遇到的困難,對(duì)實(shí)施的效果在IT能力和公司業(yè)績(jī)兩方面做了評(píng)估,驗(yàn)證了HFD公司IT戰(zhàn)略達(dá)到既定目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In the context of today's intensification of the process of global economic integration and the continuous development of information technology, information technology and information systems have intertwined with commercial activities, It has become a powerful weapon for enterprises to cope with fierce market competition. Enterprise informatization can promote enterprise innovation and development. How to make the information technology support the enterprise strategy effectively, how to formulate the information strategy effectively, how to make the information system serve the development of the enterprise, and how to obtain the due investment return from the information technology. This is a huge challenge for enterprises. Based on the literature review of enterprise informatization strategic planning theory and model IT strategy planning methodology, this paper focuses on the information strategy planning and implementation of HFD Medical Devices (Shanghai) Co., Ltd as a specific case. It organization structure, infrastructure, management security and application system architecture of HFD company are analyzed, and the problems of information technology and its strategy are summarized. Based on the theory of strategic consistency and the method of balanced scorecard, the paper puts forward the mission and vision of HFD information strategy, and designs the framework of information strategy. Finally, the overall plan of the information strategy of the company is planned, and a new information system framework is proposed, including the core system, data center, application service and third party system, and the difficulties encountered in the implementation are analyzed. The effectiveness of the implementation is evaluated in terms of IT capability and company performance, and it is verified that HFD's IT strategy achieves its stated objectives.
