【摘要】：國內(nèi)某大型資產(chǎn)管理公司自商業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型以來,新業(yè)務(wù)的不斷拓展,項(xiàng)目數(shù)量和規(guī)模快速增長,但產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作,審核審批和投后管理及客戶管理仍處于手工狀態(tài),迫切需要建立對應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)以及與此相關(guān)的配套審核標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以實(shí)現(xiàn)公司系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的“信息共享、客戶共享和項(xiàng)目共享”。本文完成的主要工作包括：(1) 為實(shí)現(xiàn)上述業(yè)務(wù)管理的需求,結(jié)合金融行業(yè)特點(diǎn),考慮系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性、安全性、靈活性、可擴(kuò)展性以及可維護(hù)性的要求,以B/S架構(gòu)為設(shè)計(jì)原則,規(guī)劃業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的框架設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的功能邏輯模塊,梳理各類業(yè)務(wù)流程。(2) 業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊包括客戶管理、項(xiàng)目管理和系統(tǒng)管理。其中客戶管理主要包括客戶信息及其它關(guān)聯(lián)信息管理,項(xiàng)目管理主要包括立項(xiàng)管理、方案管理、出資管理、后期管理、終結(jié)管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢等；系統(tǒng)管理主要包括權(quán)限設(shè)置、流程配置、文檔配置等。采用C#開發(fā)語言和微軟SqlServer數(shù)據(jù)庫,設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu)和功能頁面,實(shí)現(xiàn)上述功能開發(fā)。(3) 基于微軟SharePoint工作流引擎,實(shí)現(xiàn)了流程數(shù)據(jù)和業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)隔離的流程管理系統(tǒng),采用表單式操作界面,可快速實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程的定制,提高了開發(fā)效率,滿足了業(yè)務(wù)流程快速變化的要求。(4) 采用微軟客戶關(guān)系管理平臺框架來開發(fā)功能頁面,保證系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性和安全性,可快速實(shí)現(xiàn)各類業(yè)務(wù)表單的相關(guān)操作,提高開發(fā)效率,適應(yīng)新業(yè)務(wù)快速變化。本文論述的是一種基于微軟客戶關(guān)系管理和工作流的業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),滿足了該資產(chǎn)管理公司項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作,審核審批和投后管理及客戶管理的需要。此外,對于業(yè)務(wù)不斷變化的金融企業(yè),可以在保證安全,穩(wěn)定的前提下,在統(tǒng)一的系統(tǒng)框架下,以較小的代價(jià)實(shí)現(xiàn)擴(kuò)充和調(diào)整,滿足業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展變化的需求,對于其它金融企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),具有一定的示范意義。
[Abstract]:Since the commercial transformation of a large asset management company in China, the new business has been expanding, the number and scale of the project has increased rapidly, but the product project has been operating. The management and customer management after audit approval and investment are still in the manual state. It is urgent to establish the corresponding business management system and related audit standards in order to realize the "information sharing" in the company system. Customer sharing and Project sharing ". The main work accomplished in this paper includes: 1) in order to meet the requirements of the above business management, considering the characteristics of the financial industry, considering the system stability, security, flexibility. The extensibility and maintainability are required, the design principle is B / S architecture, the frame design of the business management system is planned, and the function logic module of the system is designed. The main function modules of the business management system include customer management, project management and system management, in which customer management mainly includes customer information and other related information management. Project management includes project management, project management, investment management, late management, end management, statistical inquiry and so on. System management mainly includes privilege setting, process configuration, document configuration and so on. The database structure and function page are designed by using C # development language and Microsoft SqlServer database. Based on Microsoft SharePoint workflow engine, the process management system of process data and business data isolation is realized, and the form operation interface is adopted. Can quickly realize the customization of business processes, improve the development efficiency, meet the requirements of rapid changes in business processes. 4) Microsoft customer relationship management platform framework to develop functional pages. To ensure the stability and security of the system, we can quickly realize the related operations of various business forms, and improve the efficiency of development. This paper discusses the design and implementation of a business management system based on Microsoft customer relationship management and workflow, which satisfies the project operation of the asset management company. Review, approval and post-investment management and customer management needs. In addition, for the changing business of financial enterprises, under the premise of ensuring security and stability, under a unified system framework. To realize the expansion and adjustment at a lower cost to meet the needs of business development and change has a certain demonstration significance for the design of business management system of other financial enterprises.
