【摘要】：正根據(jù)人社部《關(guān)于公共衛(wèi)生與基層醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)單位實施績效工資的指導(dǎo)意見》和國務(wù)院及有關(guān)部委關(guān)于事業(yè)單位收入分配制度改革的系列文件要求,為完善工作人員收入分配制度,探索建立符合工作實際、體現(xiàn)保障和激勵雙向作用的績效考核制度,國家級性病艾滋病預(yù)防控制中心在上級單位的統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)
