【摘要】：[目的/意義]探究學(xué)術(shù)搜索過(guò)程中的認(rèn)知負(fù)荷動(dòng)態(tài)變化規(guī)律,識(shí)別認(rèn)知負(fù)荷最重的階段及內(nèi)在原因,為學(xué)術(shù)搜索系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)人員提供相應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化意見(jiàn)。[方法/過(guò)程]采用實(shí)證研究方法,招募20名用戶,使用CNKI學(xué)術(shù)搜索平臺(tái)完成包含6個(gè)任務(wù)階段的搜索任務(wù)。收集定性訪談、定量問(wèn)卷以及錄屏軟件得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,揭示出學(xué)術(shù)搜索過(guò)程中用戶認(rèn)知負(fù)荷變化模式。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]學(xué)術(shù)搜索過(guò)程中6個(gè)不同階段用戶認(rèn)知負(fù)荷發(fā)生顯著變化;相比焦點(diǎn)表達(dá)(FF)階段和成果展示(RE)階段,用戶在聚焦探索(PE)階段和標(biāo)記內(nèi)容(IG)階段的認(rèn)知負(fù)荷顯著較高,在PE階段達(dá)到峰值;在學(xué)術(shù)搜索過(guò)程的前兩個(gè)階段,即任務(wù)初始(TI)階段和構(gòu)建查詢(TS)階段用戶的認(rèn)知負(fù)荷處于較低水平,顯著低于后4個(gè)階段。本研究有助于系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)人員更好地理解用戶在不同階段的認(rèn)知負(fù)荷,為改善學(xué)術(shù)搜索系統(tǒng)的交互設(shè)計(jì)提供支持。
[Abstract]:[Objective/ significance] To explore the law of the dynamic change of cognitive load in the course of academic search, identify the stage of the heaviest cognitive load and the internal reason, and provide the corresponding system optimization for the design personnel of the academic search system. [Method/ Process] Using the empirical research method,20 users were recruited, and the search task with 6 task phases was completed by using the CNKI academic search platform. The data obtained from the qualitative interview, the quantitative questionnaire and the video recording software are collected and analyzed, and the change pattern of the cognitive load of the user in the course of the academic search is revealed. [Results/ Conclusion] There are significant changes in the cognitive load of the users during the six different stages of the academic search; compared with the focus expression (FF) stage and the outcome display (RE) stage, the cognitive load of the user in the focus search (PE) stage and the mark content (IG) stage is significantly higher, The peak is reached in the PE phase; at the first two stages of the academic search process, i.e. the task initial (TI) phase and the construction query (TS) stage, the cognitive load of the user is at a lower level, significantly lower than the latter four stages. This study will help the system designer to better understand the cognitive load of the user at different stages and provide support for improving the interactive design of the academic search system.
