基于BIM5D的工程項(xiàng)目成本管理績(jī)效考核研究

【摘要】:對(duì)建筑企業(yè)而言,工程項(xiàng)目是經(jīng)營的載體,有效的工程項(xiàng)目成本管理是其生存、發(fā)展、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵。信息技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)代,為信息量龐大的建筑工程項(xiàng)目管理指明了方向,建筑企業(yè)只有順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展趨勢(shì),掌握先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)手段,才能在這個(gè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的環(huán)境中立于不敗之地。而建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)的出現(xiàn)為廣大建筑企業(yè)帶來了新的契機(jī)。BIM作為一種引領(lǐng)建筑行業(yè)信息化走向更高層次的新技術(shù),在工程項(xiàng)目成本管理方面具有巨大潛力。因此,基于BIM技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),結(jié)合工程項(xiàng)目成本管理需求,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目成本管理進(jìn)行深入研究具有十分重要的意義。本文從施工企業(yè)的角度,分析了當(dāng)前建筑行業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目成本管理的重要性。首先,通過對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目成本管理績(jī)效考核理論及其研究現(xiàn)狀的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前成本管理績(jī)效考核方法大多繁瑣、復(fù)雜、精確度低,且集中在事后評(píng)價(jià),而掙值法在這一領(lǐng)域具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì),但其應(yīng)用卻存在局限性,需要引入更加先進(jìn)技術(shù)手段進(jìn)行完善。并通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外BIM技術(shù)發(fā)展研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國BIM發(fā)展與發(fā)達(dá)國家存在一定差距,應(yīng)向BIM nD進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。其次,引入BIM5D平臺(tái)改善掙值法應(yīng)用缺陷,對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,提供精確成本數(shù)據(jù),以掙值法評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)費(fèi)用偏差指標(biāo)(CV)、進(jìn)度偏差指標(biāo)(SV)、費(fèi)用執(zhí)行指標(biāo)(CPI)及進(jìn)度執(zhí)行指標(biāo)(SPI)作為成本管理績(jī)效考核指標(biāo),對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目中標(biāo)價(jià)、預(yù)算成本及實(shí)際成本進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,建立了工程項(xiàng)目成本管理績(jī)效考核體系。最后,以某項(xiàng)目為例,說明BIM5D技術(shù)在其成本管理中的應(yīng)用,并通過掙值法對(duì)其成本管理過程進(jìn)行績(jī)效考核,進(jìn)行成本動(dòng)態(tài)管理,有效節(jié)約了工程項(xiàng)目成本,提高了成本管理水平。本文基于BIM5D平臺(tái),應(yīng)用BIM5D技術(shù)和掙值法對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目成本管理過程進(jìn)行績(jī)效考核,融合了先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)與經(jīng)典的成本管理理論,不僅豐富了這一研究領(lǐng)域,也對(duì)施工企業(yè)提高成本管理水平具有一定的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:For construction enterprises, engineering projects are the carrier of management, and effective project cost management is the key to their survival, development and competition. The era of rapid development of information technology has pointed out the direction for the management of construction engineering projects with huge amount of information. Only by complying with the development trend of the times and mastering advanced information technology means can construction enterprises remain invincible in this competitive environment. The emergence of building information model (Building Information Modeling,BIM) has brought new opportunities for the majority of construction enterprises. Bim, as a new technology to lead the construction industry to a higher level, has great potential in engineering project cost management. Therefore, based on the advantages of BIM technology, combined with the requirements of project cost management, it is of great significance to study the project cost management in depth. From the point of view of construction enterprises, this paper analyzes the importance of project cost management in construction industry. First of all, through the analysis of the theory of project cost management performance appraisal and its research status, it is found that most of the current cost management performance evaluation methods are tedious, complex, low accuracy, and concentrated on ex post facto evaluation, and earned value method has certain advantages in this field, but its application has limitations, so it is necessary to introduce more advanced technical means to improve it. Through the research on the development of BIM technology at home and abroad, it is found that there is a certain gap between the development of BIM in China and the developed countries, and it should be further developed to BIM nD. Secondly, the BIM5D platform is introduced to improve the earned value method, the real-time monitoring of the project is carried out, and the accurate cost data is provided. The cost implementation index (CPI) and the schedule implementation index (SPI) are taken as the cost management performance evaluation index, and the bid price, budget cost and actual cost in the project are compared and analyzed. The performance appraisal system of project cost management is established. Finally, taking a project as an example, this paper explains the application of BIM5D technology in its cost management, and carries on the performance appraisal to its cost management process through the earned value method, carries on the cost dynamic management, has effectively saved the project cost, has improved the cost management level. Based on BIM5D platform, this paper applies BIM5D technology and earned value method to evaluate the performance of engineering project cost management process, which combines advanced information technology with classical cost management theory, which not only enriches this research field, but also has certain practical significance for construction enterprises to improve the level of cost management.
