基于團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的作戰(zhàn)艙室工效評(píng)價(jià)模型

【摘要】:[目的]為了開(kāi)展多任務(wù)作戰(zhàn)艙室戰(zhàn)位布置設(shè)計(jì)方案的工效評(píng)價(jià)研究,[方法]提出一種在設(shè)計(jì)階段可實(shí)施的布置方案工效預(yù)測(cè)和評(píng)價(jià)方法,結(jié)合人的模糊認(rèn)知特性以及多通道資源理論,考慮作戰(zhàn)艙室戰(zhàn)位間的溝通頻率、距離、角度、戰(zhàn)位對(duì)作戰(zhàn)使用的重要隸屬度等因素,從通道資源占用或付出努力對(duì)工作負(fù)荷的影響出發(fā),對(duì)通過(guò)各因素進(jìn)行歸一化處理后,提出一種基于團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效的工效評(píng)價(jià)理論計(jì)算模型。通過(guò)開(kāi)展仿真模擬的團(tuán)隊(duì)作業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn),測(cè)量團(tuán)隊(duì)任務(wù)完成時(shí)間及完成正確率等指標(biāo),并與模型計(jì)算的布置方案所支持的團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效理論值進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,[結(jié)果]試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了理論模型的有效性,并能夠用于多種作戰(zhàn)艙室戰(zhàn)位布置設(shè)計(jì)方案的預(yù)測(cè)和工效評(píng)價(jià)。[結(jié)論]結(jié)果表明該模型可為作戰(zhàn)艙室戰(zhàn)位布置設(shè)計(jì)方案的工效評(píng)價(jià)、優(yōu)選和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供一種新的方法與理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:[objective] in order to carry out the study on ergonomics evaluation of the design scheme for the layout of multi-mission combat cabins, [methods] A method of ergonomic prediction and evaluation of the layout scheme which can be implemented in the design stage is proposed. Combined with the fuzzy cognitive characteristics of human beings and the theory of multi-channel resources, the communication frequency, distance, angle and the important subordinate degree of combat position to combat use are taken into account in the combat compartments, and other factors, such as communication frequency, distance, angle, and so on. Starting from the influence of channel resource occupation or effort on workload, a theoretical calculation model of ergonomics evaluation based on team performance is proposed after normalized processing of various factors. Through the simulation of team work experiments, the team task completion time and completion accuracy are measured, and compared with the theoretical values of team performance supported by the layout scheme calculated by the model. [results] the experimental results verify the validity of the theoretical model, and can be used to predict and evaluate the design schemes of various combat cabins. [conclusion] the results show that the model can provide a new method and theoretical basis for the ergonomics evaluation, optimization and optimization design of combat cabin layout design.
