【摘要】：利用2006—2012年中國65所教育部直屬高校的面板數(shù)據(jù),在考慮高�？蒲薪�(jīng)費(fèi)投入強(qiáng)度差異的情況下,利用門檻面板模型對高�？蒲薪�(jīng)費(fèi)配置結(jié)構(gòu)與科研績效的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。研究結(jié)果顯示:科研經(jīng)費(fèi)配置結(jié)構(gòu)與科研績效之間會因高�？蒲薪�(jīng)費(fèi)投入強(qiáng)度的不同而呈現(xiàn)出顯著的區(qū)間效應(yīng),表現(xiàn)為投入強(qiáng)度較低時(shí)科研經(jīng)費(fèi)配置結(jié)構(gòu)與科研績效正相關(guān)但不顯著,投入強(qiáng)度中等和較高時(shí)兩者顯著正相關(guān)。最后從整體與個(gè)體、縱向與橫向、監(jiān)管與激勵3個(gè)關(guān)系層面提出了相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Using the panel data of 65 universities directly under the Ministry of Education in China from 2006 to 2012, considering the differences in the intensity of investment in scientific research in colleges and universities, Using threshold panel model, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between the allocation structure of scientific research funds and scientific research performance in colleges and universities. The results show that there is a significant interval effect between the allocation structure of scientific research funds and the performance of scientific research because of the different intensity of the investment of scientific research funds in colleges and universities. When the input intensity is low, the allocation structure of scientific research funds is positively correlated with scientific research performance, but it is not significant, but it is significant positive correlation between them when the input intensity is medium or high. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward from three levels: whole and individual, vertical and horizontal, supervision and incentive.
