雙元能力與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的關(guān)系:創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)
[Abstract]:High-tech enterprises are faced with severe market challenges, which urges them to pay attention to the current development and adapt to the changes of the environment to meet the future needs. The ability to explore and utilize is crucial to the development of an organization. However, if the enterprise pays too much attention to the utilization ability and the exploration ability is insufficient, it is easy to fall into the "success trap", and if the enterprise pays too much attention to the exploration ability but the utilization ability is insufficient, it is easy to fall into the "failure trap". The effective balance between exploring ability and utilization ability and the relationship between interaction and innovation performance are hot issues in management research in recent years. Some studies have shown that the balance between the ability to explore and the ability to use can improve the performance of innovation, and the ability to explore and utilize can strengthen each other, thus promoting the impact of the other side on the performance of innovation. However, other studies show that exploring ability and utilizing ability are two different behaviors, which will compete for limited resources and be difficult to coordinate, which is not conducive to the improvement of enterprise innovation performance. The relationship between dual competence and innovation performance will be affected by the acquisition of enterprise resources, but there is little research on the influence of enterprise resource acquisition on the relationship between dual competence and innovation performance. Resource acquisition is an important entrepreneurial orientation behavior, which will affect the relationship between dual ability and innovation performance. The mechanism of entrepreneurial orientation on the relationship between duality and innovation performance needs further study. Firstly, this paper combs the literature of dual ability, entrepreneurial orientation and innovation performance, and puts forward the theoretical model and hypothesis of the research. Secondly, referring to the mature scale repeatedly used in domestic and foreign research, the questionnaire is designed, and the relevant data are collected from high-tech enterprises in three regions, and the data are analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. To study the balance dimension of dual ability and the function mechanism of complementary dimension on innovation performance; At the same time, this paper introduces entrepreneurial orientation as a variable to analyze whether entrepreneurial orientation plays a regulatory role in the process of dual capabilities affecting innovation performance. Finally, this paper draws a conclusion, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for high-tech enterprises to improve innovation performance. Through empirical research, this paper finds that: first, the balance dimension of dual ability is significantly positively correlated with innovation performance. Second, the complementary dimension of dualistic ability is also positively correlated with innovation performance. Thirdly, this paper also discusses the regulatory effect of entrepreneurial orientation on dual ability and innovation performance, and shows that entrepreneurial orientation positively regulates the relationship between dual ability and innovation performance. The innovation of this paper lies in the lack of discussion on the influence of resource acquisition on the relationship between duality and innovation performance in previous studies, and resource acquisition is an important behavior of entrepreneurial orientation. Therefore, this paper introduces entrepreneurial orientation as a regulating variable. Putting the balance dimension, complementary dimension, entrepreneurial orientation and innovation performance into the same research model is helpful to understand the internal mechanism of the relationship between dualistic ability and innovation performance. It makes up for the deficiency of the existing dual ability and innovation performance research. But this research has the following shortcomings: firstly, the subjects of the questionnaire are not obtained by probability sampling, but selected from Beijing, Tianjin and Dalian high-tech enterprises, the conclusions may not be universal. Secondly, this study does not adopt the time series research method, the conclusion can not reflect the relationship between the variables in different stages of enterprise development.
