【摘要】：社會轉型的特殊歷史時期,需要中國特色的社會心理服務與社會心理建設。它可以簡單理解為對民意民心的描述,對偏見歧視的理解,對社會心態(tài)和社會輿論的監(jiān)測,對志愿者行為的引導。從其服務對象與范圍看,包括個體層面上正確的社會態(tài)度和健康的社會情緒服務,人際層面上客觀的社會認知和健全的社會影響服務,群體層面上積極的社會行為和公平的公共服務。微環(huán)境、中環(huán)境和宏觀環(huán)境系統(tǒng)是不同層面上社會心理服務的主要路徑。社會心理服務是社會心理建設的基礎,社會心理建設是社會心理服務的產物,建構中國特色的社會心理服務體系,其實就是中國特色的社會心理建設。它包括社會態(tài)度、社會情緒調查系統(tǒng),形成民意監(jiān)測與社會情緒預警機制;社會認知、社會影響測量系統(tǒng),形成社會心理疏導與心理危機干預機制;社會行為、社會績效評價系統(tǒng),形成社會力量干預與國家力量監(jiān)督機制。
[Abstract]:The special historical period of social transformation needs social psychological service and social psychological construction with Chinese characteristics. It can be understood as the description of popular opinion, the understanding of prejudice and discrimination, the monitoring of social mentality and public opinion, and the guidance of volunteer behavior. From the perspective of its clients and scope, it includes the correct social attitude and healthy social emotional service at the individual level, the objective social cognition and the sound social impact service on the interpersonal level. Positive social behavior and fair public service at the group level. Microenvironment, meso-environment and macro-environment system are the main paths of social psychological service on different levels. The social psychological service is the foundation of the social psychological construction, and the social psychological construction is the product of the social psychological service. The construction of the social psychological service system with Chinese characteristics is actually the social psychological construction with Chinese characteristics. It includes social attitude, social emotion survey system, forming public opinion monitoring and social emotion warning mechanism, social cognition, social impact measurement system, forming social psychological guidance and psychological crisis intervention mechanism. Social behavior, social performance evaluation system, forming social force intervention and national power supervision mechanism.
