【摘要】：正數(shù)以億計(jì)的農(nóng)村人口流入城鎮(zhèn),大大加速了中國(guó)的城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程,但也讓他們身后日漸遠(yuǎn)去的農(nóng)村變得模糊。大量農(nóng)民工及其家庭的外流,對(duì)農(nóng)村治理意味著什么?美國(guó)美利堅(jiān)大學(xué)政治學(xué)系副教授呂杰在其新著《中國(guó)治理的多樣性:中國(guó)農(nóng)村的人口流動(dòng)與制度變遷》中指出,人口外流瓦解了中國(guó)農(nóng)村的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu),使人與人之間的交往與關(guān)系發(fā)生深刻變化,并改變了農(nóng)村的制度選擇和治理績(jī)效。該書(shū)將人口外流視為驅(qū)動(dòng)農(nóng)村治理變
[Abstract]:The influx of hundreds of millions of rural people into cities and towns has greatly accelerated China's urbanisation process, but it has also blurred the distant countryside behind them. What does the outflow of a large number of migrant workers and their families mean to rural governance? In his new book, Diversity of Governance in China: population Mobility and Institutional change in China's Rural areas, Lu Jie, an associate professor of political science at the American University of America, points out that the outflow of people disintegrates the social structure of rural China. It makes the communication and relationship between people change deeply, and changes the system choice and governance performance in rural areas. The book sees the exodus as a driving force for rural governance
