【摘要】：隨著中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)及其文化的快速發(fā)展,高等中醫(yī)藥院校對創(chuàng)新型教師的需要越來越迫切。創(chuàng)新型教師的培養(yǎng)是源于教師自身成長的經(jīng)歷,還是高校人才培養(yǎng)的"環(huán)境培養(yǎng)"體系建設(shè)的結(jié)果,是值得師資管理者深思的問題。文章立足于時(shí)代的召喚和教育改革的需求,對創(chuàng)新型教師成長所在的機(jī)制環(huán)境、發(fā)展環(huán)境、自身環(huán)境、績效環(huán)境等方面進(jìn)行探索,簡要勾勒出創(chuàng)新型教師的成長因素。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine and its culture, the need of innovative teachers in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine is becoming more and more urgent. The cultivation of innovative teachers is derived from their own growth experience, or the result of the construction of the "environment training" system of talent training in colleges and universities. It is a question worthy of teachers' consideration. Based on the call of the times and the demand of educational reform, this paper explores the mechanism environment, development environment, self-environment and performance environment of the growth of innovative teachers, and outlines the growth factors of innovative teachers.
