創(chuàng)業(yè)者心理特質(zhì)對(duì)新企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)者心理特質(zhì),作為創(chuàng)業(yè)者研究領(lǐng)域的重要部分,已被廣大學(xué)者所關(guān)注,但尚未得到一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的、系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識(shí)。而創(chuàng)新則是企業(yè)管理過(guò)程中的一項(xiàng)重要職能,決定了企業(yè)的發(fā)展與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。我們把創(chuàng)新的過(guò)程看作是一種創(chuàng)造與改革的過(guò)程,讓企業(yè)更適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),發(fā)展得更加穩(wěn)定。對(duì)于初創(chuàng)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),創(chuàng)業(yè)者起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。一方面,創(chuàng)業(yè)者通過(guò)獲取資源進(jìn)行機(jī)會(huì)的識(shí)別;另一方面,創(chuàng)業(yè)者通過(guò)獲取的資源進(jìn)行整合并有效配置提高企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力,為企業(yè)帶來(lái)持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。因此以資源獲取為中介變量,研究創(chuàng)業(yè)者心理特質(zhì)與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的關(guān)系具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。首先本文對(duì)以往的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理并對(duì)相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)研究,提出了本文的概念模型和研究假設(shè)。本文將創(chuàng)業(yè)者心理特質(zhì)分為成就需要、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)性、控制源三個(gè)維度,將企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效劃分為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效和管理創(chuàng)新績(jī)效兩個(gè)維度,同時(shí)引入資源獲取這一中介變量,并對(duì)三者的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究分析。而后本文借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)成熟量表,并在本研究的基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)修改并調(diào)整語(yǔ)序形成本文的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,同時(shí)在北京市和吉林省地區(qū)進(jìn)行調(diào)研,共回收有效問(wèn)卷203份,形成樣本數(shù)據(jù)。最后通過(guò)SPSS22.0軟件對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析(包括同源性偏差檢驗(yàn)、信度與效度檢驗(yàn)、Pearson相關(guān)性檢驗(yàn)以及多元線(xiàn)性回歸分析)對(duì)本文提出的概念模型和假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,得出結(jié)論。本文研究結(jié)果表明:(1)在研究創(chuàng)業(yè)者心理特質(zhì)與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效關(guān)系中,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)性對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響不顯著,假設(shè)未得到支持,而其它假設(shè)均得到了支持;(2)在研究資源獲取和企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效關(guān)系中,資源獲取對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效和管理創(chuàng)新績(jī)效均有顯著正向影響;(3)在研究創(chuàng)業(yè)者心理特質(zhì)各維度與資源獲取的關(guān)系中,成就需要對(duì)資源獲取的影響不顯著,假設(shè)未得到支持,而風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)性和控制源對(duì)資源獲取均有顯著正向影響;(4)在研究資源獲取的中介作用中,資源獲取在創(chuàng)業(yè)者心理特質(zhì)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效、管理創(chuàng)新績(jī)效間均存在中介作用。
[Abstract]:The psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs, as an important part of the research field of entrepreneurs, have been concerned by the majority of scholars, but have not yet been a unified, systematic understanding. Innovation is an important function in the process of enterprise management, which determines the development of enterprises and market competitiveness. We regard the process of innovation as a process of creation and reform, which enables enterprises to adapt to market competition and develop more steadily. For startups, entrepreneurs play a vital role. On the one hand, entrepreneurs identify opportunities by acquiring resources; on the other hand, entrepreneurs integrate the acquired resources and effectively allocate them to improve the innovation ability of enterprises, which brings sustainable competitive advantages for enterprises. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the relationship between the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs and the performance of enterprise innovation by taking the acquisition of resources as the intermediary variable. Firstly, this paper combs the previous literatures and studies the relevant theories, and puts forward the conceptual model and research hypothesis of this paper. In this paper, the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs are divided into three dimensions: achievement needs, risk acceptance, and source of control. The performance of enterprise innovation is divided into two dimensions: technological innovation performance and management innovation performance, and the intermediary variable of resource acquisition is introduced at the same time. The relationship between the three is studied and analyzed. Then this paper draws lessons from the relevant mature scale at home and abroad, and on the basis of this research, modifies and adjusts the word order to form the questionnaire of this article, and carries on the investigation in Beijing and Jilin Province, altogether retrieves 203 valid questionnaires. Form sample data. Finally, the conceptual model and hypothesis proposed in this paper are validated by statistical analysis of sample data (including homology deviation test, reliability and validity test, Pearson correlation test and multivariate linear regression analysis) by SPSS22.0 software. come to conclusion The results show that: (1) in the study of the relationship between the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs and enterprise innovation performance, the impact of risk-taking on technological innovation performance is not significant, the hypothesis is not supported, but the other assumptions are supported; (2) in the study of the relationship between resource acquisition and enterprise innovation performance, resource acquisition has a significant positive impact on both technological innovation performance and management innovation performance; (3) in the study of the relationship between the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs and the acquisition of resources, achievement needs have no significant impact on the acquisition of resources, and the hypothesis is not supported, while the risk taking and the source of control have significant positive effects on the acquisition of resources; (4) in the study of the intermediary role of resource acquisition, resource acquisition plays an intermediary role between the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs, technological innovation performance and management innovation performance.
