【摘要】：該文基于開放大學(xué)2131名學(xué)生在課程Moodle平臺(tái)上的日志數(shù)據(jù),通過相關(guān)分析、滯后序列分析和聚類分析對(duì)在線學(xué)習(xí)行為序列和參與模式進(jìn)行了實(shí)證探索。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),15個(gè)Moodle平臺(tái)日志記錄行為所形成的122個(gè)行為序列中,有36個(gè)行為序列與成績(jī)顯著相關(guān),其中包括四個(gè)測(cè)試行為相關(guān)序列與成績(jī)呈中度相關(guān)。研究采用滯后序列分析發(fā)現(xiàn)六個(gè)發(fā)生概率達(dá)到顯著性水平的行為序列,并構(gòu)建出在線學(xué)習(xí)行為轉(zhuǎn)換模式。通過聚類分析,研究將學(xué)生樣本根據(jù)其行為序列特征劃分五種類型,并定義出五種在線參與模式:低投入式、淺層次投入式、績(jī)效投入式、循序漸進(jìn)式和隨機(jī)參與式。文章最后從行為序列分析的價(jià)值、有效的行為序列與模式以及對(duì)在線學(xué)習(xí)行為轉(zhuǎn)換特征的反思等方面對(duì)研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行了討論與總結(jié)。該文期望該研究能夠?yàn)樵诰�學(xué)習(xí)的分析、評(píng)估與促進(jìn)提供有益的研究視角和研究支持。
[Abstract]:Based on the log data of 2131 students of Open University on the Moodle platform, this paper empirically explores online learning behavior sequences and participation patterns through correlation analysis, lag sequence analysis and clustering analysis. It was found that 36 of the 122 behavioral sequences formed by logging on 15 Moodle platforms were significantly correlated with achievement, including four test behavioral correlation sequences that were moderately correlated with achievement. Using lag sequence analysis, six behavioral sequences with significant occurrence probability were found, and an online learning behavior transformation model was constructed. Through clustering analysis, the students' samples are divided into five types according to their behavioral sequence characteristics, and five online participation models are defined: low input, shallow input, performance input, step-by-step and random participation. Finally, the paper discusses and summarizes the research results from the value of behavior sequence analysis, effective behavior sequence and pattern, and reflection on the characteristics of online learning behavior transformation. This paper hopes that this study can provide useful research perspective and support for the analysis, evaluation and promotion of online learning.
