【摘要】：近年來,中國與東盟國家科技合作取得飛速發(fā)展,中國與東盟各國已圍繞農(nóng)業(yè)、醫(yī)療、能源等領(lǐng)域?qū)嵤┝顺^一千多個科技合作項目。但是對于中國與東盟國家的科技合作的文獻主要集中在2010年之前,大多數(shù)文獻都是定性研究,缺少一個完整科學(xué)的評價指標體系。針對當前中國-東盟科技合作研究的不足,本文從科技交流、貿(mào)易往來、投資引資3個方面來選取13個指標作為自變量來衡量中國與東盟國家的科技合作績效,并且以新加坡、馬來西亞、印度尼西亞、泰國、菲律賓五個國家2011年-2015年的數(shù)據(jù)作為樣本進行了主成分分析,檢驗結(jié)果表示科技合作績效主要受科技輸出、科技交流、科技輸入、資本人才輸出四個方面影響,并根據(jù)以上四個方面提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, scientific and technological cooperation between China and ASEAN countries has developed rapidly. China and ASEAN countries have implemented more than 1,000 scientific and technological cooperation projects in the fields of agriculture, medical treatment, energy and other fields. However, the literature on science and technology cooperation between China and ASEAN countries is mainly concentrated before 2010, most of the documents are qualitative research, and lack of a complete scientific evaluation index system. In view of the deficiency of the current research on science and technology cooperation between China and ASEAN, this paper selects 13 indexes as independent variables to measure the performance of science and technology cooperation between China and ASEAN countries from three aspects of science and technology exchange, trade exchange and investment attraction. The data from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines from 2011 to 2015 are used as samples for principal component analysis. The test results show that the performance of scientific and technological cooperation is mainly due to the export of science and technology, the exchange of science and technology, and the input of science and technology. Capital talent export four aspects of the impact, and according to the above four aspects of the corresponding policy recommendations.
