【摘要】：正依據(jù)國電電力提出的風(fēng)電經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行管控模型——"理論發(fā)電量平衡分析法",結(jié)合所在企業(yè)集控中心大數(shù)據(jù)分析,采用科學(xué)的算法,得到風(fēng)機(jī)理論發(fā)電量及五項(xiàng)損失電量。在集控系統(tǒng)中,建立對標(biāo)體系,通過"風(fēng)機(jī)績效榜"、"場際、值際、機(jī)組"三級對標(biāo)、"性能等級評估"等功能模塊對損失電量的多方面分析,更快、更準(zhǔn)的發(fā)現(xiàn)風(fēng)電設(shè)備運(yùn)行及管理中的問題,針對這些問題,使用"三項(xiàng)及時率"考核機(jī)制并結(jié)合其他相應(yīng)管理措施和技改方案,達(dá)到增加設(shè)備可利
[Abstract]:According to the economic operation control model of wind power put forward by Guodian Electric Power, "theoretical power generation balance analysis method", combined with big data's analysis of centralized control center in the enterprise, scientific algorithm is adopted to get the theoretical generating capacity of fan and five lost quantities. In the centralized control system, the system is set up to analyze the various aspects of the power loss through the function modules such as "fan performance list", "field, interval-value, unit" three-level calibration, "performance grade evaluation" and so on. To find out the problems in the operation and management of wind power equipment more accurately, to solve these problems, we should use the "three timely rate" examination mechanism and combine with other corresponding management measures and technical innovation schemes to increase the benefit of the equipment.
