綠色創(chuàng)新績(jī)效區(qū)域集聚效應(yīng)與空間異質(zhì)性研究

【摘要】:文章以綠色創(chuàng)新為視角構(gòu)建非徑向DEA-RAM模型,將綜合污染指數(shù)和碳排放作為非期望產(chǎn)出引入綠色創(chuàng)新績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系,增強(qiáng)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的可靠性。通過(guò)Moran’s I指數(shù)計(jì)算與散點(diǎn)圖分析驗(yàn)證了空間集聚效應(yīng)與異質(zhì)性的存在,為分析產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)象的原因,引入地理加權(quán)回歸(GWR)模型對(duì)2005—2014年30省份數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果表明:高-高聚集與低-低聚集的差異化空間集聚效應(yīng)顯著,人才聚集水平、區(qū)域開(kāi)放程度、環(huán)境管制強(qiáng)度與政府角色的不同是造成空間異質(zhì)性的重要原因。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the non-radial DEA-RAM model is constructed from the perspective of green innovation, and the comprehensive pollution index and carbon emissions are introduced into the green innovation performance evaluation system as non-expected outputs to enhance the reliability of the evaluation results. The existence of spatial agglomeration effect and heterogeneity is verified by Moran's I index calculation and scatter plot analysis. In order to analyze the causes of this phenomenon, a geographical weighted regression (GWR) model is introduced to study the data of 30 provinces from 2005 to 2014. The results show that the difference of spatial agglomeration between high-high aggregation and low-low agglomeration is significant. The level of talent aggregation, the degree of regional opening, the difference of environmental control intensity and the role of government are the important reasons for spatial heterogeneity.
